Really good customer service. They remember my order and sometimes have my coffee ready as soon as I finish paying! One time I had trouble paying by card and they said I could pay another time when I come back. The other cafes in Liverpool hospital are either overpriced or the workers show poor customer service.

I have been going to JB in the hospital for over a year. Though they don't have many lunch options, their breakfast is brilliant. Their coffee is good and staff service great. I might have given 4 stars but as there are no excellent options within hospital grounds, it has to be 5 stars to JB!
