I went to this salon today for the first time and I can't express enough that to what extent I'm happy and satisfied. I had tried some other salons in Liverpool and ended up with damaged hair and hair colour which gone with one wash. Staff at Finest hair were so welcoming, friendly and professional. Although my hair condition was not that great due to the previous colours, bleach etc.., the lady who did my hair was so careful and attentive. She bleached my roots without any pain, burn or damage. Everyone loves my new look. I highly recommend Finest Hair to those who love to have a perfect and professional hair beauty service. Happy to find the right place from now on.

Andrea cut my hair from hip length to a pixie cut and she is fantastic! Highly recommend her thank you so much for today! She is so patient and understanding, gentle and considerate. I’ve finally found a wonderful hairdresser will certainly be going back regularly all the ladies were sweet and friendly. So happy!!

I came here after reading the reviews which were sooo true about Andrea's magic. I always had long hair and for the first time I was going for short hair and the way she did her job... Im in love with my short layers 🥰Not only she is friendly but very professional with her work. Highly highly recommended!

My experience here was just amazing from start to finish I had full colour, treatment with blow dry. Andrea who worked on my hair was very attentive, i absolutely love my hair. It
so hard to find a very good hair salon, I have been to so many over the years and I know I have found the right one for me this is my go to place from now on, even if it takes me 20mins to get there, I highly recommend this place to anyone all the ladies there are very warm and friendly.

This was my first visit to Finest Hair Salon . I made my appointment for haircut and full colour based on their reviews and I am glad I did. Making my appointment was easy. Staff are very friendly and professional. Salon is clean and neat. My hair was done by Diana. Diana was very friendly and she did exactly what I wanted. I am definitely going back . 10/10 :)

I had the pleasure of Andrea doing my hair that day with a 5 min run down on my everyday life style and wanting a full makeover and Andrea took everything I said onboard and I have never walked out of a salon feeling so happy with my colour and cut. I have lived in Liverpool for over two years now and in that time I have been to a number of different hairdressers in Liverpool and each and everyone made having my hair done feel like a chore and an unlucky dip , knowing that I'd be walking out underwhelmed by the entire experience, particularly the final result of my hair.
I recently had my hair done at Finest Hair in Liverpool Plaza and Andrea and the whole team at Finest Hair are wonderful, welcoming, friendly and really take the time to sit and discuss with you what it is you are wanting to achieve with your hair , and then making it happen.

I visited Finest Hair today purely out of the reviews left on here. As we all know, trusting any salon is so difficult for what you want to achieve but my experience with Finest Hair was INCREDIBLE! I was so grateful and ecstatic walking away today. Diana and the ladies did an incredible job on my hair today!! The service was honest and genuine when it came to deciding what was realistic for my hair type and it came out EVEN BETTER than what I originally asked for. Phenomenal women working here. Kind and generous to even offering coffee, tea and water 💓 so so sooo lovely! I can’t wait to visit again!

Had a wonderful experience getting my hair cut at Finest Hair. I booked at the last minute and loved how attentive my hairdresser was. She made sure I was happy with the length being cut and styled my hair beautifully to finish! Would highly recommend. Thank you!

I trimmed a couple of inches off of my hair (wavy/somewhat curly, mid back) and got it coloured jet black.

Needed to get my hair done - have only gotten it done maybe twice in my life (I’m 22) and I couldn’t find a place that I could trust out in Ryde (where I currently live). Decided to go to this place as I had walked past so many times (I’m originally from Liverpool, born and raised). I messaged them on Facebook first to ease my anxiety around someone other than myself touching my hair and they were very helpful. I booked the appointment for the following day and felt immediately welcomed when I got there. The ladies were so nice and we shared quite a few laughs! It was also nice to know that there are repeat clients that are known, so the trust is definitely there. Prices were reasonable - everything is explained properly in regard to the service you’re receiving. Will definitely try and go back when necessary (since I’m not one to get my hair done often haha). Everyone should check the place out - it’s family owned, friendly, welcoming and you’ll feel right at home. ❤❤❤

I had Elizabeth scalp bleach my regrowth at very short notice and just days before Christmas. So happy they were able to fit me in! I was very happy with the result and overall experience. She did a great job(i'm very picky) and was wonderful to talk to which is a bonus. The other salon staff were all lovely as well. Thanks so much Elizabeth and team :)

Today was the first time I went to finest hair and I had the best experience with Bibi. She was amazing, she was friendly, she listened and was very kind. She explained the whole process in such great detail and as my hair was black that I needed a few sessions to get to were I want. Thank you Bibi for your outstanding customer service and her work was exceptional!!!! I am so in love with my hair. I couldn’t recommend this place anymore. All the staff were friendly, smiling and having a good time. It felt so good being a place that was happy during these tough times as covid. This is definitely my new salon. Bibi also was amazing with my 4 year old daughter. Can’t wait to see you in 8 weeks Bibi for our next balayage!!!

I’ve definitely found a permanent hair salon for me and my daughter 🥰 All the hairdressers are so lovely and Andrea has done such an amazing job with my hair.
