Woolworths Cecil Hills

Amazing shopping village in Cecil hill, i recommend you to visit the place for all the shopping needs and it come handy with a style outlook. One other thing I noted was how clean the village was before and even now. I thank management for using the cleaning team at the moment i think they are taking care of the shopping Center I gave them thumbs up

I had both my 4 and 3 year old with me one evening (what was I thinking) as my husband was working and I had to get a couple of urgent things for home.
My kids were definitely overly excited to the point where they were touching and climbing everything.
Tracy at the self service area probably noticed how flustered I was becoming and pulled them both aside to talk and distract them whilst I scanned my items through.
Everyone at this store is absolutely lovely but something as simple as that has created a great tie with this specific store and I couldn’t of been more appreciative for that simple act of kindness she displayed that evening. I can’t stop thinking about it!

Albeit this Woolies is not extremely large, it nevertheless is always very clean and 99% of the times the shelves are nicely stocked with the items anyone would need. Staff are super friendly and are always very helpful. Parking for the majority of time is quite abundant, the only times it can be a little tricky is as soon as the kids finish school (in the afternoon) and I’m guessing that’s when most of the parents pass by to pick up their last minute groceries.

Fave takeaway shop ever. My man especially loves Kelvin and his calamari!! Beautiful clean shop and always extra fresh food!! And they know what we are ordering as soon as they see us. They treat us very well. Like family. 💜💜💜💜

Great service here and staff seem to do an amazing job keeping things clean. We would really love it if they increased their product options or size of this shopping centre. Always a great experience. Glad they are local in our region.

Great place to do grocery shopping without all the hassle of too many people waiting for checkout service.

Visiting Mili n Co second time was awesome. The ambience and food and service were excellent!

Great customer service. Variety of products, love seeing the expansion of pantry items.
Store is always in order and fruit/vegtable quality is good.

We always shop here and have done so for nearly 7 years. Woolworths is like a family to us, the store is not huge but the staff make up for it. We also go to the newsagent, the takeaway outside has food you can actually eat. Penna's Pharmacy are very friendly and helpful.

On the down side is that the centre management decided to change the parking opposite the main entrance, for Woolworths customers to pick up their groceries, as is typical in this day and age
lazy people (both young and old) see the vacant parking spaces and park there totally ignoring the
all of the signs.

Sadly, the centre management despite a stack of complaints, have decided to do nothing about those who disregard the signs?

Amazing facility in a amazing small shopping village

I am very happy with the service of today with a employee named patty as she was very professional and kind and helpful. I have been here in Sydney Australia for 17 years and still keep having problems with counting money especially with coins as in the USA the coins are different. Her customer support is very good and is a great value of your Woolworths team. Everyone at Woolworths are hard working and kindness throughout our shopping as we do our shopping there as we live in Cecil Hills and it’s close to do our shopping and get lots of great bargains there as I recommend everyone to do your shopping at Cecil Hills Woolworths.

I would like to add another employee named Anita and she really needs to be recognised as when checking out in the checkout she was very professional and kind and talked with us while she was checking out our groceries she is friendly and made our shopping a great experience. She’s a very valuable member of Cecil Hills Woolworths shopping centre. Everyone I don’t know their names but they’re very friendly staff and hard working people as they keep it nice and clean and tidy. The ladies that work in the deli department are very kind and professional and always very friendly every time I go. You have a great staff of Amazing workers there as I’ve been shopping there for 17 years and never had any bad experiences there.

Nice little shopping centre. Has a bit of everything. Nice little coffee shop, and the chemist there is really good.

Using Woolworths all the time, Tracey is a great boss and treats staff and customers very well, Needs a trolley person Tracey has to get staff to retrieve trolley's not a good look for customers.

Been shopping here for twenty plus years .Understaffed at times thus putting unnecessary pressure on employees whom cop abuse from irate customers....Tracy and Andreas are two champion employees who have gone above and beyond on many occasions to help in any way they can and always have a smile on their face when serving you even when under immense pressure..👍👍👍👍

Good store but don't know why Woolworths have raised the prices on pet food so much

Small Woolies compared to the ones in big shopping centres, but very well positioned and customer service outstanding. I always go for a quick shopping after visiting my dentist in the near medical centre.

I grew up going to this shipping village and its a nice little place to get your groceries, see a doctor, and even get really good fish n chips!!

Staff are very helpful.
Plenty of parking available.

My local shops, handy go to place. Family doctor, great newsagent, Chemist all have friendly staff ready to assist.
