Got my smoker ealier than expected thanks to the man I spoke to the phone letting me know that my smoker is ready for delivery today and the delivery man unboxed it for me. Ready for some bbqs in Christmas and wish to receive some free pizza oven.

So happy my beautiful outdoor kitchen just arrived even though it’s 7:30pm. When they say they will deliver they certainly do even when it’s out of hours. The delivery person helped me place it in the garage without any problems. Fantastic customer service and customer support!!!! I very much appreciate all that you helped me with from purchasing to delivery.

Purchase and after sales support were fantastic.

Bbq came without the sink tap or natural gas conversion and they sent them to me within the week.

I recommend this company.

My partner and I came here a few weeks ago and snagged the Rockpool. We're keen on nabbing the showroom display for a discount, but the manager insisted on giving us the new stock at the same price. They also let us know when the item will be arriving since it's currently out of stock. 🤞 for winning the free pizza oven; they're running this chance to score a $20 store credit and a pizza oven.

Easy going experience coming into the store last week with the hubby. We couldn’t be happier with the purchase. It was straight to the point, had all our questions answered was lucky enough to grab such a great deal. Really forward to receiving our kitchen for this summer.

I recently purchased a pizza oven from this shop, and the lady assisted me with all the information I needed about the product. She also offered me water since it was hot outside.

extremely disappointed with the service provided post purchase of a pergola. I received great service from Alan at the Parramatta store when purchased in early January. He asked for a 50% deposit with balance payable on delivery which I was told to expect in February or March. On the 25th of March I recieved a call from Ryan and was told that the pergola had arrived and I would only recieve it after payment and was told that deliveries start at 6.00am. Once I paid in good faith the story changed to "you will get it when you get it" this is pretty upsetting for me as I was planning to have it put up over the Easter weekend by son in law who is visiting from Brisbane. I hate being lied to and I feel that they got my payment under false pretense. I HAVE BEEN WAITING MORE THAN 3 MONTHS FOR SAID ITEM!!!!

These people have no integrity at all. I received my outdoor kitchen on 22/11/23 and found the top of my fridge cracked from one side to the other. After countless phone calls and empty promises from these people,I receive a phone call from Michael (apparently the owner) promising me it would be delivered that weekend only for it not to turn up. 2weeks later I received a call from Monica promising me that my fridge was in Sydney store and would be delivered that Friday I wait and wait on the Friday only to ring and be told no your fridge won’t be delivered today it’s in Brisbane. 9 weeks from delivery and still nothing. Absolute joke this mob, everyone you speak to is a liar with no integrity whatsoever. And no Michael I won’t take this review down like you begged me to last time. Consumer’s need to know what you people are like.

Buyer beware.
Absolute shocking to deal with. Purchased an item 6 weeks ago (I was told delivery would be 1 week).
6 weeks later, they deliver the item (after I continually followed them ).

They sent out wrong item 3 TIMES. After very heated conversations with the "manager" and him swearing down the phone, they promised to redeliver the correct item.

On 5 different occassions, they told me the item was coming on a particular day. On each of those 5 days, the item did not arrive.

It took me reporting them to Fair Trading to actually deliver the item.

Very poor service.

Worst Experience ! You will never get what you paid for ! Waited 6 Plus months for Parts of a BBQ to arrive still waiting on the sink even when we wore told it had arrived payed the remaining 50% that was 8 weeks ago still no sink just a very generic email saying there following it up and a phone call telling me it was in Sydney that was over 2 weeks ago still not booked in for delivery. 10 months later still not a complete BBQ unit. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE ! just a lot of disappointment and lies.
