She took time to explain what each plan is and even recommended what would be best for me based off my current data/storage usage. The best service I’ve ever received from sales staff at a Telco. The manager, Faith, was knowledgeable about all aspects and treated me and other customers with so much respect and patience. She helped us get the best deal and value. Better than the two other telcos in the centre who I’ll never ever go back to! I kept having horrible experiences with Optus but am so happy with the service provided by Faith and her team!

Phenomenal customer service! Both the ladies who served me, Faith and Chantelle were extremely helpful. They walked me through the Vodafone deals and helped me transfer everything to my new phone. Very pleasant experience, would definitely recommend and visit again. 10/10

The staff here are absolutely brilliant! Especially Jasmine. Everytime I have an issue, need a new phone or plans for the family I go here. She is so patient. Explains everything so carefully and makes you feel very comfortable. Always goes out of her way to help you. I have also sent friends and family members there. Keep up the awesome work guys!

Faith was so amazing! She really went above and beyond for me. I had horrible experiences at other Vodafone stores. However, Faith was absolutely incredible. Thank you again so much Faith for all your help!

The staff were really helpful and particularly the manager went out of her way to ensure that I was happy with my iPhone X and new plan. She was really patient with me and did not pressure me into anything. I didn't feel as though she was trying to sell me something but rather give me her honest opinion and I chose the best option for myself based on that. Have told all my friends to go there next time they need a new plan!
