Greenvale Medical Centre

I want to compliment the staff at the medical centre for their good care and understanding. My client required an urgent assessment by GP but didn’t have an appointment. I called the clinic spoke to a very lovely and polite reception staff Jazz, who managed to squeeze us in, despite being fully booked. Thank you so much Jazz and Dr Nazim for your outstanding patient care.

A wonderful centre full of well trained staff and amazing GPs! In the 10 minute consultancy sessions the GPs are able to provide all the support you need for most issues.

It is important to note that these sessions are only 10 minutes but all the GPs are well trained to diagnose your issues. They are an IPN clinic after all.

I really genuinely think the doctors and the receptions at Greenvale medical centre are really kind and generous and helpful (they are also really close by) you don’t Commonly see that in other establishments who prioritise their time instead of u as their best interest, they truly try to give you the best healthcare they can and the doctor that treated me and my family has been going to a long time Dr NADIA baluch who was really caring and experienced in her judgement and diagnosis truly relieved my worries and health concerns

I had the loveliest experience from the time the lovely receptionist answered the phone. She was caring and reassuring and got me in for an immediate appointment. The doctor and nurses were equally attentive, caring and warm! I have never been to this medical centre and was treated with such respect and care like I’d been going there forever.

Friendly staff, from reception, to nurses and my doctor Dr Latif who is Amazing. She really cares and takes time to ask questions and listens.

Dr. Prashan Fernando is a very thorough and caring doctor. He will always go above and beyond to ensure the best treatment.

Brand new fitouts make the place shiny and neat. Had a great experience twice here. Can't complain, really!

Injured my hand on a Sunday evening and got an appointment to see the GP which was great. Small wait but everyone was super friendly and professional and GP was thorough and kind. Really impressed and grateful for such good care especially late on a Sunday, and bulk billed too.

I have had very good experiences at this clinic, 1 where I passed out in the doctors surgery, the staff were incredibly attentive and caring, the second experience was, I requested a drug that is not commonly prescribed, the doctor explained that he needed time to do some research on this medication, and asked me to come back a few days later, I appreciate this kind of professionalism to make sure the drug is appropriate to my needs and not just prescribing it, also always have been treated well by reception staff

My first time returning to the clinic after a year abroad and so pleasantly surprised with the new building and new doctors. Appointment ran on time and i was seen to by Dr Jerald (or Jerome) and he was great. Friendly, approachable and professional. Very glad to see this update!

In this time Dr Hussein has
treated me for some very complex health issues, always makes himself available even prior to Covid. Dr Hussein provides excellent service always totally professional and extremely caring.

Dr Hussein helped me through some very difficult and challenging health issues.

As a result of the above my regular appointments at RMH have been reduced to once a year.

Dr Hussein removed growth painlessly, a week later I have had no issues. Other close by practices didn't want to do. Fantastic nurses. Fantastic doctor. Very good for small procedures.

The doctors were great but the nurses really were fantastic. I needed to see them daily for a fortnight an they couldn't be more helpful

My husband and I have been going to Greenvale Medical Center now for 15 years.
They are the best and so caring and friendly doctors / staff we have ever met before and their hours are great.

Lots of Dr's available - full medical services.
Short wait times usually to appointment time !! Amazing

Doctors and nurses are great, the wait time is much less then other medical Clinics in the area.

Dr Nashrin Nazim has a warm and friendly personality. I highly recommend her.
