Coles Greenvale

Tremendous service could not have asked for better customer service. This absolute bloody legend by the name of Adam was so helpful and efficient in getting my questions and queries fulfilled. 10/10 service would 100% go back just to see that man again and give him a hearty hand shake;)

I occasionally stop past this Coles because they usually have stock of most of the items I can't find at other branches.

Rachel served us today was excellent in every way. She should definitely be congratulated and rewarded for the service she provided. A pleasure to talk to.

Despite being a smaller Coles, it is BY FAR the best one in the area in terms of a pleasant shop. Every other store in neighboring areas, Woolies included annoy me for many reasons. Coles Greenvale is always clean, the baskets are always wiped down, the staff are 99% of the time pleasant. The demographic of shoppers are mostly civil and decent, there is no insufferable shouting and carrying on that is a commonplace in other supermarkets, so that alone is a saving grace. I, am not a Karen, I enjoy a hectic, bazaar atmosphere like Footscray or Springvale markets from time to time but what I do not enjoy are Eshays spilling their dramas out in public in front of families and small children scuffling over nothing sending Security in a frenzy or scumbag ferals causing a scene shrieking about their rights and how violated they are while threatening nonexistent lawsuits while I am trying to quietly shop THAT of which Coles Greenvale is void of....thankfully!

Pleasant staff, easy to find things you need to get. Has plenty stock of items you need for your grocery shopping

A smaller store but nonetheless has a fairly expansive stock selection. The real assets from the night security guy to the lovely checkout ladies are their staff. They are so friendly and helpful.

One thing I love is they have staff on the checkouts,not like other stores where you are forced to use the self serve.very helpful to people with disability and you get your groceries packed nicely.

This coles includes beautiful staff and provides great service. Customers visiting this coles are very kind and friendly, too. Perfect combo !!

Coles Greenvale has a good varietie of items and has a fast check out. No problems with this store. Great sour dough bread.

Been here for 8 years. Staff have always been good, food always well organised and stocked, and store is always clean.

On holidays here and the staff were lovely to us.. because we are irish the Ozzies kept asking us to speak.. they were lovely

Absolutely love shopping at Coles. On the odd occasion I go elsewhere, only if I can't find it at Coles. Very satisfied customer.
