It's refreshing to get good old fashioned country service these days so I really appreciate the effort that Chris, Rob and the merchandise team put into looking after our farming needs

Maria from Elders Northam was a delight to deal with. She was courteous and professional on all levels and was always quick to return calls and always kept me up to date with proceedings regarding our dealings. I would like to thank her for her help and lovely caring attitude.

I tried to use Fred Hill at Elders Northam to make a purchase on a property we were interested in. To put it bluntly, he was useless. Multiple telephone calls unanswered, texts not replied to, and eventually just didn’t even return my calls. I would recommend finding another agency and not using this place.

I'd use 0 🌟 if available!!
My neighbours property was recently listed for sale.
When looking at the listing I discovered many areas of my property were included in the listing as were areas of another neighbours property,
Photos Showed outbuildings & other infrastructure that certainly wasn't associated with seller,
I called the Agent Fred within 24hrs of photos being placed online, I asked about photos & why he included them & he said "he knew he shouldn't have done it but the inclusions made the property look far better & would get more buyers through the door" He agreed with me that by knowingly leaving them there (especially without my consent) it was a means of actively deceiving buyers. I told him that I was distressed by the photos & I asked him to promptly remove all photos relating to my property - his response was a firm "NO...I will just tell potential buyers DURING a viewing that those areas are not included"
He seemed amused by our conversation despite me expressing my distress.
I have called Fred several times, each time I make the same request, remove ALL photos showing my property, I DONT want any part of my property included in the listing, He laughs & hangs up. This past week Fred has refused to respond to any means of communication from me. Ive called the office wanting to speak to the Manager, I was told the Manager wasn't available, I asked for managers name & a direct phone number &/or email address & my request was denied, I was told I could leave a message & "SOMEONE" would call me back. I don't want "SOMEONE" I want Management!!
This is about an Agent using deception on a listing, flying a Drone over multiple properties without consent, Taking photos & maybe videos of private property with no prior consent - refusing all reasonable requests to remove the images - Continuously laughing about it & refusing to engage or act in order to fix the issue.
This is a wilful violation/invasion of privacy causing immense
distress to myself & my family.
Not to mention the distress the other neighbour has suffered & also the sellers, who after seeing the listing asked Fred to rectify the issues, He informed them he is 100% responsible for all advertising & they can't make him change anything.
What Fred has done has almost ruined what was a very close group of neighbours,
I then decided to review all my CCTV footage & I was completely horrified at the extent of the trespassing done with the Drone, including flying so low & so close to my home it triggered the door bell camera on the BACK DOOR. I felt sick.
At that point I felt I had no choice but to make Official complaints about Freds behaviour to The Governing body for R/E Agents & The Police & CASA.
I'm terrified of exactly what he took photos of, where are they stored, who gets to see them, Especially since the CCTV shows the Drone stopped at every garage Bay & other places it shouldn't have been, is my family now at risk of a targeted break in?? The fear & stress this has put on me & my family is unbearable & we have completely changed the way we live, our sense of security is totally gone.
All because of Fred.
We didn't ask to be part of any of this. Fred included us by breaking the law!!

Rang and of course agent didnt answer, and no reply!, property was put under offer that day. Are agents at Elders Northam only worried about getting commission quickly or getting best price for property? I would have paid cash

my wife asked to view a property that is up for sale in northam. Maria appeared rude and asked if we sold our property as if it was criteria as to whether she would show us the property of not.
She asked what time suits and we said after5.30 pm or weekend. She said it would not suit the tennants but was going to check but it obviously it doesn't suit her. she indicated that if a suitable viewing came up she would be in touch. we have a property to sell but seeing this poor quality of service we will not be using you at all as obviously you don't want to sell property.
