I was referred to Purna Thapa Magar (aka Purna) by land vendor’s agent, who had assisted me researching value for money and the cost-effectiveness of builders and land within the Sydney south-west region.

After a recommendation and seeing the model houses completed with such top quality products and finishes that were a standard feature, I also decided to build the house with Purna. Subsequently, I and my wife decided to sign the building contract with Purna as we are constantly amazed at the quality of their homes for a reasonable price, with no hidden costs.

Whilst building with Purna, nothing was too much trouble. You would always get a same-day response to any queries or changes to the home. Purna and his team were extremely well organised in every way, including areas such as variations and kept track of this in such an orderly fashion, with no confusion, no hidden costs or unwanted surprises.

Being able to phone the builder direct for any changes, queries or updates was reassuring, as I changed my mind with many things, including designs and products; but it was never too much trouble nor a hassle, and I was not made feel bad for doing so.

My home is currently under construction and is ahead of schedule. Good Project Management, team works, and coordination with suppliers are the key strength of Purna and his team. I highly recommend Purna and his team to those with any budget, large or small, as the finished product will be that of high-quality workmanship, reflected in its finishes throughout the home.
