Chemist Warehouse Chatswood

I’ve been to this store a couple of times. Had a positive experience both times. The staff and service was attentive. Cheapest medicines!

My daughter fainted while in the pharmacy this afternoon. The pharmacist was so caring, helping her into a recliner chair, getting her water and checking on her every few minutes. I am so sorry I forgot to ask her name, but she and her team were brilliant. Thank you so much!

This shop is the real deal when it comes to customer service. They always have a wide range of products in stock, so you'll never leave empty-handed. It's refreshing to see a shop that genuinely cares about serving their customers. Trust me, you won't be disappointed.

Got served my the best pharmacist I have met. I think her name is Michelle S. Very kind and friendly. She explained everything to me thoroughly and made sure that I completely understood the instructions. Exceptional service and kindness!

There are a number of Chemist Warehouse pharmacies in Chatswood. In my experience, this one is the best.
All staff in general are polite, helpful, friendly and caring and would answer your queries. I also had my Covid vaccination there, excellent.
The pharmacists are knowledgeable, accurate and would provide good advice and assistance and show care. The only thing, there are long queues sometimes, probably because the pharmacy is so popular.
Excellent service and good stock. They deserve much more than the current 3 overall rating (as of Dec. 2021).Thank you to all and keep up the good work.

In Chemist warehouse Chatswood it had good value for money. My initial first impression of this place was that it is a very clean and safe place to be in. Overall I found most if the staff generally had good customer service and were polite and friendly to me. It was not overly crowded and did seem to be quite covid safe. The parking I found was actually quite convenient. I'd recommend this place Chemist warehouse to others. I'll try to go back soon and get some photos for this .

Lots of great discounts available here. When the supermarkets have toothpaste on sale I often come here instead as it is up to $4 cheaper than the discounted price per tube. Has lots of clone brands that work just as well but are half the price.

I went shopping there yesterday, Sri helped me with his promotion knowledge and saved me hips of money. He is very enthusiastic with customers. I have been shopping there for years and none of the staff was like Sri before, 5 stars gives to Sri! Thank you.

Nothing fancy which is great. Sometimes sale stock will run out very quickly because this store receives a lot of traffic. The pharmacists are brilliant, helpful and informative

I got my flu shot here last week - quick and painless! The aisles here are also a lot more comfortable than the narrow aisles in the Chemist Warehouse at Chatswood Mall.
