McDonald's Bonnyrigg Heights

Visited on 8am Friday, May 2019. Ordered Mighty McMuffin meal with small Flat White. Meal cost $9.20. McD located conveniently beside BP Gas Station.

Friendly staff. Convenient drive thru. Ordered thru machine, 4-5 staff working on morning hours.

Clean toilets, maybe because it’s early morning. Burger was Soso as bacon can be cooked better 🥓. Hashbrown a little bit cold but it’s ok. Good coffee! 👍

It took less than a minute at the drive through the burger was very fresh, couldn’t get any better

Today I came in with my family and got served by an individual at the front wearing glasses. I was unable to catch his name due to him moving extremely fast to service out orders. Himself and an Emily were outstanding and ensured our orders were met to a high standard. We were treated well and always had a smile on their faces. Very impressed !!! Best customer service I’ve received at this store, and we have been regulars here for years.

me to experience a wonderful time by engaging in customer interaction with me, she even made sure my food was fresh! Jennifer for president 2023! Live Laugh Love! She even let me borrow her Ferrari to experience the wonderful universal drive thru experiences.

Manager on shift took our order, has great customer service, we didn’t feel rushed through our order he was very patient and very customer service focused great job 👏

Excellent service. Decent amount of parking. Food quality is good in comparison to most other McDonalds. They don't get my order wrong. Drive thru is really quick with your meal which is what it should be.
