We have a Roborock S6 Pure. It was incredibly easy to set up, connect to Wifi and create its first map. After this, it works out the most efficient cleaning path, and can be scheduled for daily or weekly cleans. It also reminds you when the filter needs replacing, which is also quick & easy.

It has had a couple of faults, and each time the repair process (1 in & 1 out of warranty) was quick & easy. The mail process is simple, and there is now a repair Sydney with a drop in service. The repair took about a week & the robot worked perfectly when returned.

Would recommend buying an extended warranty, if available for a reasonable price, as the technology is still moving rapidly & there are many moving parts & sensors that can malfunction.

I am extremely satisfied with Roborock. I have the S7+ and almost after 1 year of owning it, my vacuum stopped working. I got in touch with the after-sales support and sent my vacuum back for diagnosis. A repair was done (i.e. the vacuum needed a fan replacement) and I received my vacuum back in a few days without any additional cost. This is a great example of a company standing behind their product. The vacuum is now in perfect working condition and I am a satisfied customer. I have not yet had to replace any of the parts or filter, so the product is well designed and it does the job pretty well.

Amazing after sales support. Had an issue with my Lidar sensor on my S7+ shortly after purchase which admittedly may have even been my own doing, however I contacted their support and they paid for express postage from and back to Adelaide and had my vacuum back to me within a fortnight from emailing them, working like new again.

Purchased the Roborock S7 Max Ultra with auto dock, firstly love love love this machine. Sadly though I experienced an error with the machine so I contacted the warranty team and the way they handled my issue has been nothing but exceptional. The processing time has been minimal and the team have been so attentive. Could not recommend more highly.

Roborock S7 MaxV Ultra, is the most cost-effective washing robot I have ever used. It completely frees your hands and provides worry-free after-sales service. The customer service staff are very professional, provide excellent service, and are patient and kind. I will recommend it to all my friends and family in need.

I have to say nothing but positive words of my S7! Battery life is impressive and the intelligent mapping can show corners and avoided obstacles. Have no idea where those negative reviews came from... Roborock vac is AMAZING and so indispensable now!

Roborock products have changed my life in the house with my pets, as I can set the timing, too vacuum more frequently than I would if I had too manually do it. The house is so much cleaner. The Call centre staff were also helpful when I needed assistance.

Partnering with Roborok was a literal life changer for me. I started with the Q6, as I heard mixed reviews about robot vacuum cleaners. I soon realised that the quality of the Q6 and the easy use of the App moved the product from a luxury item to a necessity and required an upgrade to the QRevo. The capability of the QRevo (self-cleaning, mopping and ease of use) has given me over 500 hours back in what is already a crowded year. Life changing products and great customer service! I've got the handheld H6 and the S6 and now save a lot of time not having to mop. Recommended to family and friends also and have had no issues.

I am a clean freak and the S6 Max V is really really good! I love seeing the amount of dust and dog fur it picks up! Also has great customer service for follow up enquiries. I had a cheaper kogan vacuum before and it definitely was not as good
