Michael and his team take the whole person into consideration when deciding a hair cut. On my last visit (with Tiffany) I mentioned a concern with my hair and I was questioned about my general health and how this might affect my hair growth cycle.

The thing I love most is that they talk to you first about what they’re going to do, and they write out a quote and put it on the table so there are no nasty surprises at the end. (Great for the anxious client!)

They make a brilliant cup of tea too!!

Michael and his team are the hairdressers you’ve been looking for your whole life! We all have our favourite hairdresser who we trust with our hair (and our secrets), but with these guys, if, for some reason you can’t get an appointment with your regular person, whomever you get instead will not disappoint.
You’d be hard pressed to find another salon whose staff are as well trained as these guys! I’m so glad I found them 💯

Amazing service!! The team are great! Felt so spoiled with getting tea and head massages. The chairs also have a massage feature so it it feels like heaven getting your hair washed. My colour turned out amazing and it was exactly what I wanted

Excellent experience, first time at this salon and everyone was very welcoming and friendly. Bella did a fabulous job of turning my copper dark blonde hair into a beautiful creamy blonde, after a year of not getting my hair done it was quite a task and she did an incredible job. Will definitely be coming back.

I have been a client at Belcastro Hair for nearly two years. My stylist Tiffany is incredible and has helped my hair to get in the best condition it has ever been in leading up to my wedding. I have never felt rushed or have had to wait very long during my appointment. The L’Oréal and Kerastase products are great, and the hair treatment and massages are very relaxing. You can tell that the whole team are great friends, and the owner Michael take great care in continuous professional development for the staff each Monday. I had an appointment with Amanda and she did such an amazing job on my Balayage; I'm always nervous to dye my hair but she made me feel so comfortable and made sure I was aware of everything she was doing and was happy with everything! The colour was perfect and exactly what I wanted, so beautiful and blended!! This place has great service and great staff, I'm so glad I came here!

I originally left a review of "Amazing job and service", but I've realised that doesn't do justice to the experience. I've been using Belcastro for going on 9ish years now. Their service is amazing, relaxing and above all every long standing employee has a passion for what they do and a drive to continuously improve. Absolutely love it!

My stylist Renae did an amazing job on my hair today! I have thick Asian hair and I was stunned with how she coloured, cut and styled my hair.

She managed to achieve the result I wanted and I couldn’t be pleased with the overall look!

I don't usually write reviews but this salon is amazing, especially for blondes. The staff attend regular training to upskill and are confident with every colouring technique, allowing them to consult based on what's best for you rather than simply using a cookie cutter approach across all clients. Tiffany is especially great at this and I can't recommend her more highly. I've been going here for years and the few times I've booked somewhere else I've always regretted it.
