The Trybe Miranda

I tried several stores in Miranda to purchase football boots for my son. His size was sold out everywhere, all stores I went to tried to send me to other stores around Sydney. The girls at Trybe ordered the boots which were delivered the next day, you’ve got yourself one happy customer here. Great job

What a lovely selection of shoes.

Rebecca was incredibly helpful and answered every one of my questions. Although the store didn’t have what I originally came in for, Rebecca was able to help me find an alternative.

I just wanted to say Bec was so helpful this morning (Saturday). She was by herself but she didn’t let it feel that way. The store was full of people needing help but she was able to get to everyone and not only answer everyone’s questions but help check all the sizes. She had such an upbeat attitude and didn’t let anyone leave feeling neglected or ignored.

Am a repeat shopper here! Have bought shoes for my kids, my nephews and my friends kids too. Always a pleasure to deal with staff and their sock are pretty good value and quality to!

After being ignored at Shoes and Sox Miranda, I came here and the customer service was awesome. I will definitely be back to shop here again.

Nice variety of shoes and great deals

Bought shoes from the Miranda store in Sydney, they put 2 left shoes in the box - got home (2 hour drive) and realised, contacted customer care - they won't send the right shoe, won't exchange the shoes unless brought into the store, all they could do is offer a refund where we have to arrange for them to be sent back. Didn't get offered anything for compensation other than a hollow apology.

Won't be shopping at this store again.

Don't buy online from this shop...I've ordered a size and they sent a different size...excuse was their system showing the shoe number they sent....nice system !!!!
