Such a lovely op shop! Found so many goodies, left the store with 11 new items of clothing. The friendliest staff ever, definitely recommend!

This op shop is a bit varied in its hours. I've visited before and found it closed.

They have a large range of men's clothes.

There is also a full rack of plus size women's clothes.

Loads of bras. Easily the most I've ever seen in an op shop.

Lots of coats, men's women's and children's which is great for winter.

Basically no books.

The staff weren't particularly friendly, no one said hello when I came in or asked if I needed assistance. Very different to the New Leaf op shop nearby.

Very cute , and good value , the ladies are helpful and you can often find a real treasure for next to nothing...I bought a gorgeous wall hanging here.

Decided to go into the shop to find some affordable clothing. I asked one of the staff there. What would be the equivalent size of a size for 4 As the item that I wanted seemed to be in European sizing The staff member proceed to tell me that this item is for skinny girls. And I don't look to be that skinny however I am a size 8. This line of commenting is unacceptable I asked her what the equivalent size was Not her comment on whether I am fat or skinny. I am very shocked at the way that I was spoken to even though this may not seem like a big thing.
This is not a way that you deal with people that are coming into your shop That come from all diverse walks of life and that is struggling with many different things.

Items are unduly priced, some items are even retailed priced. It’s an insult especially to those who cannot afford to buy clothes brand new but to any shopper.

The staff were rather loud for such a small space and were about to close up shop half an hour early, despite business hours stating they close at 4.

A disappointing experience.

I visited this thrift store with my mate and shes constantly oblivious to her surroundings, so she didn’t witnessed the mockery we received from the staff. All adult women might I add. Anyways, as my friend took her time in the dressing room, there wasn’t any customers in store so we weren’t causing a line when she took awhile in the dressing room. Despite this, one of the store clerks came up to us and told us to leave. She didn’t say why but we just needed to leave as “there weren’t anyone in store except us”. I knew that the store closes at 4pm and it was only 3:20pm so we had time until it finally closed. She kept repeating “you need to leave, can you hurry up and leave” . My friend goes back to change into her original outfit while I wait outside, during this they continued to stare at us and talk about how slow we were being. When my friend finally came out and was contemplating whether to buy the dress or not, the clerks kept on commenting on how slow she was being and made unnecessary comments about us still being in store. At this point it was only 5 minutes after she asked us to leave initially. I don’t understand why they were so annoyed, if they wanted to close early then they shouldn’t have let us in, in the first place. The comments were out of line as we just wanted to buy thrifted clothing that would give back to the community. Overall, I would give the store a 1/10 due to the bad customer service and broken merchandise they tried to sell.

Some rude quotes
“Hurry up, your too slow” x 4
“You need to hurry up and leave” x 3
Clerk next to cashier whispers and they giggle “oh, we thought you were getting more items”
“Did you put the clothes back?” X 2 - proceeds to stare at friend as if she’s a thief

Really rude staff I got a voucher from the anglacare office to buy some stuff and I couldn't find anything else I liked to spend the rest of my money I asked if I could save the rest for another day or another shop in another area they said no and took the remainder of my gift voucher money I went back to the Anglicare office and told them they said they were very sorry she would tell her manager and she gave me another voucher to shop somewhere else I would not recommend going to the parramatta shop at all staff are very very rude

Bunch of pushy and rude ladies working there. Basically kicked us out because they wanted to close early (by about 30-40 minutes). Was trying on around three dresses and two skirts and was considering adding buttons or whether the clothing was fitting. I then found another dress and tried it on. I am quite slow at changing I will admit but I don’t think that required one of the short worker ladies interrupting me abruptly while I was in the changing room (with the door open as I was asking my friend of her opinion of a dress) - repeating that I’m too slow and that I need to hurry up and leave.

I thought she meant to leave the dressing room because she said that there were other customers but there were no customers and my friend later told me that it was because they wanted to close early and that rather - she was saying that since there were no other customers I should hurry so they could close early. I did take my time however to consider whether I wanted the dress in front of the counter because I didn’t realise they wanted me to leave the store. The cashier lady was murmuring and laughing to her friend and when she realised I was looking said something along the lines of 'oh we thought you were trying on a few clothes', to which I replied “they didn’t all fit”. Apparently a few were complaining that I was slow - although my friend heard this not me. (By the time I was purchasing the dress the workers were standing around the register staring at me).
Music was too loud to hear their bickering or complaints from the changing rooms but could hear some murmurs - hope they don’t treat other customers the same way.

Imagine working or volunteering in an op shop to supposedly spread the love of Jesus or generosity ... I think that Jesus would not be very proud of your gossiping and being rude. Awkward and embarrassing experience. Next time if you want to close early just come up and say it to my face no need to complain that I’m slow or be ambiguous. If you were annoyed that I was taking too long there were many other ways you could have politely stated so. Overall not professional or friendly. Would not go again. 0/5 stars.

Was going to go about my day without complaining because I didn’t realise how rude they were being but my friend was outraged by what they said and I realised the things they said and behaviour was not them trying converse with me at the counter but rather them trying to tell me to leave/that I was slow/annoying. Way to ruin someone’s day. :(

-They did have some nice dresses and name brands for very cheap though. Bought a review dress for only $11. I guess a good rating for the clothes?
