My go to for eyebrow and underarm waxing :) Emily is knowledgeable and gentle and makes me feel comfortable during the waxing sessions. The overall ambience is also very relaxing with the music and the lights. my only issue is sometimes there is a bit of stray hair missed during the waxing which doesn't bother me because I can tweeze it myself but would be great if the waxing was cleaner and more thorough.

The passion of every staff in this shop is undeniably genuine. They provide exceptional customer care and service. Walking in every time is not just welcoming but aesthetically pleasing to the eyes. It's well presented and never overpowered by the beautifully relaxing scents. I have been coming to Rheanna for the last 3 years and everytime, I walk out feeling and looking a million bucks. The place is so clean and aesthetically pleasing. During facials, everything down to the temperature of the heated bed is perfection. Rheanna has vast knowledge on skincare and I have seen really good results following her advice. Highly recommended for all your skincare needs, she is the best in business.

I came in for a spray tan this week and needed an express one, I was very nervous because I have had some very bad tanning experiences elsewhere but the L'imperatrice girls were SO friendly & helpful & spent time explaining the tans to me in detail. The salon is so clean & fresh & smells beautiful, I feel like its a very hygienic environment and the rooms are set up so nicely. I wanted a medium tan for a friends wedding & I washed it off after 2.5 hours and it was perfect! Absolutely flawless and cheaper than the places I have been before where the tan was nowhere near as good! The girls made me feel so comfortable so thanks so much girls for your time and for giving me a perfect tan. I will be a regular, excellent value for money!!

My skin has never looked and felt better! Rheanna assessed my skin and then determined what type of facial i required. I rarely have break outs or skin congestion any more. I treat my skin every 2 or 3 weeks depending on its state. Rheanna is absolutely amazing on all fronts and extremely professional!

Emily does a great job with my lashes & brows. Waxing done at this salon doesn't leave my skin red & irritated. Cheaper than my normal place in the city. Easy to get to from public transport.

I am really blown away by the service at L'Imperatrice Beaute. It was my second time to get a facial and I am so happy with the results. Rheanna is so professional and so informative. Before we started she explained what she was going to do, what products she would use and what it does for the skin which I thought was great. I've noticed my skin looks so much brighter, more hydrated and feels super soft. Even my boyfriend noticed that my skin looks amazing! I have been looking for a new salon to get my eyebrows done regularly for quite a while. After visiting L'imperatrice Beaute I have found my new regular. Both visits for my eyebrows have been spectacular, both women who have looked after me were kind, gentle and they put so much effort into making them look good. I have gotten compliments about my eyebrows after going. I couldn't be happier with the results.

On my last visit I decided to get a facial after traveling overseas for a few weeks. Going in my skin felt disgusting and unclean after weeks of staying in hostels. I had acne breaking out everywhere and was getting really self conscious of the skin pigmentation happening on my forehead. I discussed my concerns and skin type with Rheanna, she was able to change up my hydrodermabrasion facial to focus on my areas of concern.

The whole process was wonderful. She was precise, took her time to make me feel calm and relaxed. The effect of the facial afterwards have been what dreams are made of. My acne has gone down, skin is brighter and healthy looking and best of all my skin pigmentation has decreased. I actually haven't worn any makeup or bbcream since the facial as I feel quite happy without it.

I highly recommend L'imperatrice Beaute, I plan to keep going here for my eyebrows and I will invest in my skin to get facials on a regular basis. The fact that I can book online is just an added bonus that I did not expect. Thank you ladies for your hard work.

Service and quality of their treatments are beyond outstanding. So so lovely to deal with and the most amazing facial I've ever received. Highly recommended if you're looking for a new salon. They also do gift vouchers which is how I discovered them 😊.

All I can say is WOW... haven't had a facial in a very long time and leaving L'imperatrice Beaute with such an amazing glow I really felt amazing and not just that, being noticed by strangers on how GLOWING my skin was.
