William Wade Park

Nicest little park I’ve been to in years. The surrounding tree giving off colours of pink, orange and red really made my daughters day. Obviously a autumn/early winter time period to capture these beauties as they change colour but the park itself has some lovely heritage. It’s a little train station with an old locomotive. Right next to the old dundas train station which is being transformed into a metro. There’s a lovely bakery Bekka’s bakery walking distance from the park with baked goods, pies, sausage rolls, pork rolls and plenty of sweets.

For a small park with no toilets, or fences, this park still packs a punch. Very safe and appropriate play equipment for toddlers and small children, and there are plenty of interesting parts to the setup. It may not look like much, but there is enough going on here to keep a small child entertained and active for at least an hour. It's also just down the road from two different stations, and the new café (The Courtyard) in Telopea is a very short walk away.

Nice and new, with equipment that suits every age child. Big grassy area adjacent with lots of shade. No shade cloth over the play equipment though - bring a towel to sit on the swing...

Cute, small playground great for kids under 5.

Nice playground in a quiet area the only negatives things are: no fences and a step towards the swings.

Nice and simple with lovely tress. Wish there was some picnic benches
