We've been visiting Dr.Tawk for years, and we've consistently received great care. He is friendly, accommodating, and compassionate, we have never felt rushed during appointments.

I also wanted to take a moment to express my appreciation for the exceptional service we've experienced recently where he went out of his way to fit in last-minute appointments for my pregnant partner and her sick mother.

Great practice and very kind staff. I got my flu shot from here and they were kind enough to accommodate us last min. After the shot, GP came to check my overall health and how I am doing which was great. Would definitely recommend to everyone.

Dr Tawk provides comprehensive care and advice. He doesn't rush the appointment and has a holistic approach.

I had a great experience at Panacea Health Clinic, everyone from receptionist, nurse to the doctor, Dr Tawk are all very helpful and with great patience, they are very caring. Especially the nurse who is very kind.

Dr Ghelani has been very patient and nice in understanding my medical concerns and queries. She would then give corresponding responses, give suggestions and make respective referrals when needed. Furthermore, she would show concern to the referrals made by suggesting me to come back to see her for follow-up. Besides, the reception lady is friendly and nice in greeting me and answering questions.

My family and I have been patients at Panacea Health Clinic for several years, and I cannot say enough good things about this clinic. Dr. Bijal Ghelani and Dr. Hani Tawk are truly exceptional doctors who have consistently provided us with the best care possible. The clinic itself is modern and spotlessly clean, and the staff is always welcoming and accommodating. They have an on-site pathology facility, and I must say that the lady there is an absolute gem! She is professional, efficient, and always makes us feel at ease. The convenience of having blood tests and other services available on-site has been a game-changer for a young family like ours.

Our family is consulting at Panacea health clinic for few years and the service here is great. The staff are very kind and always help accomodate last minute bookings. The facility is very neat and having a pathology in the clinic is a bonus.
Dr Hani Tawk is one of the best doctors I have seen. He is very knowledgeable, caring and polite. His diagnosis is thorough and treatment is very effective . He is friendly with kids too.
Dr Bijal Ghelani is quite knowledgeable and caring too. She puts your health on priority by doing routine checkups, ordering required tests and providing relevant referrals.

Overall good experience. Nice and friendly staff. My kids enjoy being here for vaccination. I am seeing dr.Ghelani and for sure she is doing her job best.

Among all the medical centers that I have tried, the reception team of this center is best in terms of assisting patients, being always polite and always available. Doctors are very friendly and knowledgeable. Feel confident about this medical practice and no hesitation to recommend to anyone.

I had to take my mom for a checkup and had a good experience at this clinic. Facility was clean and receptionist was helpful. My mom gets anxious when going for check ups but Dr. Tawk was very friendly and helped ease her nerves.

Dr Tawk is very knowledgeable, highly trained, and thorough. He works to improve your health all over, not just the ailment you went there for.

Very clean and friendly clinic. The lady in pathology is the best! I won’t go anywhere else. The nurse is lovely and caring. A great clinic to visit.

I go here to see my GP. There are several GPs here at this centre. They also have a nurse for immunisations and a pathology collection up till 1pm Monday to Friday.

As a family we are very very happy and satisfied with the medical treatment, care and respect shown by all the Doctors at this practice including the nurses and all admin staff. Special mention for Dr Gilbertson and Dr Tawk. It took me awhile after moving here in 2015 from the Mid North Coast to find a GP that we can trust and feel comfortable with and now we will never change Drs. Highly recommend this medical practice to everyone 🙏

Have been coming here for a few years and have Dr. Gilbertson as my long term doctor to get some history going. Find him very thorough and caring.
Also started bringing my kids to see Dr Tawk who is so good with them, and he also sees me when I don't have an appointment for my usual doctor. Dr Tawk is caring and explains well what any symptoms are.
Medical practise is clean and efficient and I get seen quickly even without an appointment (early mornings).

Amazing doctors that are attentive and thorough and will give you all the care and time you need. They listen to their patients. Dr. Gilbertson is a jewel - caring, knowledgeable, patient, and treats you as an individual, not a number.
New management, so this clinic no longer has a lactation consultant or midwife.

So relieved to finally be listened to and helped. Thank you so much. I highly recommend this clinic.
