The Hair Room at HB ( Formerly Saba Hair Parramatta) ABSOLUTELY STILL UNDER SAME MANAGEMENT !… But time to further evolve

I had my hair coloured and cut at The Hair Room at HB and I was very happy with it! The team did an excellent job colouring my hair, and Helene did a thorough consultation and gave me an amazing hair cut. She made me feel at ease and even had snacks going around. Even though they fit me in last minute on the same day, I was never left unattended for a long period of time, and everyone was super nice, friendly and efficient. I had a really good experience and will be going back!

I was looking for a good hairdresser at Parramatta and I found the best one in Sydney! Helene and her staff are very professional so kind and polite. I was looking for a hairdresser for keratin treatment.
I came across Saba Hair and I’m glad I did. A price and treatment were discussed before I went into the salon because I had a budget in mind and Helene the owner worked with what I had and wanted. All staff( Guru, Daniel and others)very obliging and courteous offering beverages with chocolates and biscuits. I have been in Australia from last 16 years. And have never seen any shop treat like this much respect.i absolutely love love their attitude and work.High quality products were used for my keratin nano. Helen is such a lovely lady. I strongly recommend to go there if anyone looking for keratin treatment.

I had Japanese straightening/chemical straightening done yesterday and I absolutely love the result. It's the second time I have had it done by these guys. The team are amazing and lovely and really go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and ensure that you leave happy with both your hair and your experience in general. Helene who is the owner and manager is so passionate about the work she does and about getting the best results for her clients. She is also kind and warm and very talented. I had an amazing experience here! I box dyed my hair bright pink and needed an urgent appointment, Helene was so accommodating and was able to fit me in on such short notice. The whole team was so friendly and made me feel comfortable. I left completely satisfied and definitely will be coming here again.

I had an incredible experience here! My cut and colour are amazing. The dry cut technique has finally helped my hair work with its natural, slightly wavy texture. I barely have to style it to have a good hair day now. The staff and service was also amazing. Everyone is so lovely and it was such a fun appointment. Can't wait to go back!

Helene managed to find/ make/ squeeze an appointment for me with less than 1 day notice for a busy Sat afternoon, that’s knowing I won’t be a regular due to travelling interstate. Awesome attitude she has!

Everyone served me introduced themselves (including crystal and Daniel), they greeted me with my name.

A glass of water was poured in front of me as soon as I sat down. When I was offered a drink, a selection of beverages was listed (spoiled with choices). And they did mention that it’s coffees from a coffee machine (not instant/ satchel).
When my drink came, it came with a decent mug, a biscuit, on a lovely little wooden tray. Details is key!

Just a couple minutes before my alarm goes off, Helene already organised one of her team to wash my hair. She’s having an eye on the whole place!

I have also noticed that the customers come from a wide variety, from teenagers to young, middle age and elderly, both genders. And they have different tones, white and coloured. She greets them all the same.

Her team is also a mix of genders, colours and LGBTQ.

The price is very reasonable for a Parramatta studio.

Many people can cut hair but not many can do so with a wonderful attitude, and having a professional team with an eye for detail. Keep it up team!

I randomly google searched best hair dressers in parramatta and The Hair Room at HB showed on top of the search. I visited them reading the google reviews and I was not wrong at all. I never thought my hair could look that good. It is not just the service but the experience I got. Would highly recommend this place if you want a perfect transformation. Wow. Incredible service and kindness from all staff who are always checking up on you and offering you tea and snacks. I was so impressed with the haircut I received, and I am so ecstatic with the results considering I have curly hair (which hairdressers typically struggle to cut). Helene and Daniel were so sweet and friendly, and Helene performed the cut exactly how I desired and envisioned it. There was so much care and attention dedicated to ensuring I was happy with the cut.

I went to the hair room by HB today for a hair cut. From the time I spoke to Helene over the phone she sounded very excited and thorough with what she does. When I went there, the team greeted me so well and Helene did her magic. I wanted long layers and curtain bangs. It was mesmerizing just watching her cut my hair. She was absolutely lovely and I can definitely say that it was hands down the best haircut I’ve ever had.

Love this salon! They give the best haircuts! There are hardly any hairdressers who knows how to layer hair and Helene does it best. Highly recommended! Also I recently got my hair coloured from the salon and the results were beautiful. Apart from just the craft, the service is great as well. The staff makes sure you are comfortable during your visit, special mention to Angie, Daniel and Guru!!! Keep on the great work guys and keep winning the awards like you always do!!!!

AMAZING service, AMAZING staff, AMAZING hospitality, just ALL AMAZING. I've always been afraid of doing a balayage look due to other salons failing to succeed the look. I have really curly and bushy hair so i was looking for a good place to straighten my hair. When i found this place i was a little skeptical to proceed. I made an appointment and went in for a consultation, thats when i met Helene. OMG she’s amazing, so warm. Eventhough it was Christmas time she made some room inbetween her appointments and did a beautiful job. Now my hair feels so good, comfortable. I should thank the entire team. I have been seeing Helene for years for permanent hair straightening. She is always very careful and attentive. I will not trust any one else with my hair. She is very good at what she does. We recently started trying out the new organic hair straightening treatment on my hair and the results are fantastic. It costs more dearly than the other treatment but the results are worth it. Little to no damage on hair. It actually left my hair very silky and smooth. Very grateful to Helene and her team.
