Mum and I came in after a really bad experience at another salon and the team fit us in last minute and made us feel so welcome. They fixed our hair for a wedding we have tomorrow. I can not recommend them enough. Thank you so so so much to Louise and Kira for fitting us in, we will definitely we back!!!!

I am welcomed warmly and the girls listen to my wants and also offer advice which I really appreciate.
They are the only place I can go to k owing that Im going to love both my cut and my comour, even when its a whole new makeover.

Hands down best salon experience I’ve ever had. My colour specialist was Cassie. She was amazing. She really spent the time to know exactly what I wanted and what my hair needed. I felt comfortable every step of the way as she explained exactly what she was doing and made sure it was what I wanted first.

I’m super grateful for her professionalism and care as it made the experience relaxing and pleasant. It’s the first time in years I’ve had my hair done and I’ve walked with it exactly how I wanted. Not going anywhere else ever again! Thank you Cassie and thank you Hair by PHD Parramatta!!

I went there to get a cut, style and treatment and the stylist I had, Jess, made the experience so amazing! She was very reassuring, gentle and considerate during the entire process and did such an amazing job! They were upfront with the cost both on the phone and at the beginning of the session and even offered complimentary services. Definitely will be going there from now on and thank you so much to Jess for making me feel and look so wonderful! :)

Got a haircut by Jessica today, she was excellent, had great suggestions for how to go about taking my inspiration photo and applying it for me personally, went through what she was using and why and how to do it at home too, and was brilliant with thin and curly hair! Definitely recommend!

I managed to squeeze in a wash and blowdry from Samantha at the last minute as I’m interstate and Sam was the most beautiful person, made me feel so relaxed and SAVED MY HAIR. I have extensions and nobody gets it right but she nailed it and had them looking amazing, along with giving me some samples which will hold me over in my travels. I cannot recommend this place enough as the whole service and team were so kind and I will be back!

I had a lovely experience getting keratin smoothing for the time. The staff were so helpful, explaining the whole process and what to expect from the new treatment. My hair is so smooth and glossy, and I got a beautiful haircut to go with it - I've gotten lots of compliments. I've been able to wear my hair down for the first time ever as it's always been too thick, unruly and frizzy to bother but now it's so much more manageable. Will definitely be coming back!

Selina from this salon is the best hairstylist i have ever met in my life!! The best !! She does my hair all the time i go there and she has been amazing and so pro!! I love being to this salon! It makes sense why they are always busy !!

Look, honestly, I don't know why I ever went anywhere else. The staff are lovely and good listeners. The place is relaxing. As a first time customer I was welcomed with a $25 discount. They even save your cut, so if you like it you can just ask for "the usual"! I will definitely be back.

Excellent service and always reliable! I've been coming here for the last 4 years to get a colour & cut and the result is always great. My only criticism is that some trainees can get a little careless when colouring or washing hair, and I've had some clothes discoloured as a result.

I flew to Sydney for a conference and felt desperate for a wash and blow wave. The staff at Hair by PHD Parramatta were amazing - they squeezed me in and provided fantastic service. I left feeling relaxed from the head massage and with beautifully styled hair. Highly recommend.

This was my first time visiting the salon and I was really impressed by their service. I was looked after by Cassie and she was very helpful in giving me suggestions on my hair, in terms of the cut, style and colour. You could definitely tell that she is highly experienced. There were some switches in between and the service was continuously good hand to hand. The other staff were also very friendly and constantly kept asking if I needed anything to drink.

A bit pricy but well worth it!

I visited this salon for the first time, after not having my hair done for five months whilst I was backpacking. Hope was great - she gave me exactly what I asked for and I have had so many compliments on my hair. It is so much healthier and she also gave good advice. The rest of the staff you encounter through your experience here are so lovely and attentive too. Overall, I'm really pleased with my experience here!
