Cozy environment, many beers and other drinks to choose from. Very tasty food, reasonable price and good portions. I really liked the sweet chili karaage chicken. Will come back soon :)

Cozy Japanese restaurant next to the bar with great atmosphere! Foods were excellent, nice presentation, chefs were very welcoming, and the price was reasonable. I am def coming back here again :)

Yummy food!! Quality, tasty and relatively a short wait for the food to arrive.

The restaurant is located inside the Outdoor VIP lounge pub so we couldn't find it easily.

The Agedashi tofu was the most delicious dish and also quantity was generous.

OMG amazing ! Best kept secret . Food amazing , been there twice this week and every dish was spot on. Ordered mainly entrees and shared with hubby and best value for money not to mention how great the food was. Only just discovered it so maybe the past was not great but now we couldn't fault either time we've been. Quick, clean , good price . Def becoming a new favourite .

What a nice find this was. Firstly I will say the staff are very friendly and helpful and the food was great. It’s tucked away and quiet. Nice atmosphere, good music and easy to get a table given how quiet it is right now. Will definitely be back.

Was sceptical being in the tavern but the food was great. The volcano ramen and katsu curry were amazing. Glad to have decent Japanese in the area finally!

Came down to Izakaya Shogun today for a late afternoon dinner after a hards days work , and I must say I’m really really impressed and satisfied with the Authentic Japanese Dinner I had and also top costumer service and top plating presentation .
