McDonald's Westmead

Had lunch here on 25/12/2023 on the way back to Sydney west after morning trip to Brooklyn. Used the self-service kiosk. I pressed 'table service' at the machine and entered my table number. But no table service (probably they don't have enough staff at Christmas) so I have to get my food at the counter. Not a big issue for me. Food eas okay and McSpicy burger was good. Chips not as tasty as KFC.

Sorry if I spelt your name wrong . Wahib in drive thru is such an amazing staff member always smiling. We love him serving us super polite and kind. Keep up the great work.

Nice place to hangover with but the only flaw is it’s inside the fuel station not an independent one.. parking a little bit difficult to get as we have other eateries as well..

Excellent customer service very friendly staff and the Mc Crispy Deluxe was amazing, my new favourite.

Stopped here in between clients. The booths have power outlets for phones or laptops which was really helpful. Parking isn't great as the McDonalds is attached to a petrol station and shares with a Pacakes on the Rocks, but I found a spot relatively easily. Nice staff that are obviously trained well.

Good service, always a packed little joint. Maybe should expand and connect with the shell shop but such a convenient spot and really hits the peak traffic. Never had a problem with food orders. Haven't been inside.

This was third time our order was wrong. We ordered 2 tomato and cheese toastie, we got it without tomato. We returned the order later we get only 1 toastie. We had enough with this store. Before that fries was missing and before that burger we ordered without bacon and burger came with bacon. All these fault because of Driveway.

Great to have a 24-hour Maccas on my way to work - even better that I can go inside and get a coffee before daybreak. I much prefer going inside to the drive through - can't really do drive-through on a motorbike, and my morning coffee starts my day!👍

The restaurant's cuisine is divine with a menu that's simply irresistible. You'll love it!

Best maccas in the world Frfr10/10 everything

On my visit I was really impressed by Miranda. Her level of service with us as customers, while also multitasking by helping someone looking for a job and handling other orders all at the same time was really impressive.

Did a drive through. Had to go around a second time as there was so much traffic going to the service station you could not see where the drive through started. But the divine vocal sounds of the young man on the intercom made up for the little disaster on my part. Very friendly staff. Food was hot and good.

Quick and easy service from manager named Bella. I was impressed by her multitasking skills to support her team but also attend to customer needs - she was moving at lightning speed ! The way she swirled my soft serve, wow, MasterChef ?? Looking forward to my next maccas run

My son loves this place, and the staff know exactly what he wants to eat due to his Autism this makes our visit less confronting, and unconsciously uncomfortable. Being a single dad this makes my life a little bit easier, the anxiety you are placed under is considered by all the wonderful staff.

Service was excellent, I had a couple questions about the menu and staff on site was happy to answer. She didn't seem impatient, which is usually the case at fast food restaurants

The best and freshest burgers , chips and nuggets. I wish all maccas could be as good. Glad I dropped in today and I will check back to see if they keep up their great work very soon.
