I contacted Kruger carpet to get a comparison. After my in house quote, Kruger carpet were $2000 cheaper than the previous quote for the exact same product.

I recently purchased and had carpet installed by Kruger Carpets and the experience was great from start to finish. Nives at the shop was professional yet so patient, friendly and helpful while I was choosing the carpet and kept me updated along the way of carpet arrival and installation etc. Chris who came to measure the rooms was also friendly and knowledgeable, offering ideas and confirming what would be needed.  Even the two gentlemen who came to lay the carpet were also professional, friendly and so polite and we are very happy with their work.  As a customer I truly appreciated the patience and kindness of all the layers of people involved and love the new carpet! Recently I purchased vinyl flooring from Kruger Carpets. After visiting a number of carper shops I decided on a tile that wasn't in the Godfrey Hurst current range. Everlyn and her team went out of their way to source me the tile that all the other retailers told me was not available. Not only was their pricing cheaper their customer service was far superior. Very happy dealing with Kruger carpets and would recommend others to do so.

Great service and very good pricing. Having lots of rolls in stock to view in their premiset, and then take the samples home to try is a great idea. Their carpet layer has been with them for maybe 15 years. I just had my 2 bedroom unit carpet replaced and an awesome job!

This is a warehouse, so the arrangements are different to a retail store. Prices were undeniably better than competitors. We had a great experience with the staff, especially Evelyn and Adam,the layer, who was efficient, exacting and finished the job ahead of schedule. We have recommended this business to family & friends.

Can't fault them. They laid my carpet a few months ago and it was a fair price, great service (lovely people and timing was on point) and carpet was laid perfectly.
