The managers are friendly and accommodating. Vegetarian options available, especially great for lunch.

Mushroom soup is superb, and towards the salty end. So need to drink water at the same time.

Went back to Lab and tried their Wagyu burger. The most delicious burger in Wentworth Point by far.

We enjoyed a really delicious meal here. The service was also friendly and efficient. We highly rate the barramundi dish - it was perfectly cooked and seasoned. The 3 cheese fries were also really delicious. We have been to Lab Kitchen a few times and the food has always been consistently good. My favourite place to dine in Wentworth Point!

Looking for a late lunch, no other place was serving food as it was after 3pm, Lab Kitchen was open and welcomed us in, extremely friendly staff. We ordered the steak sandwich and the mexican bowl, super tastey, fresh and clean food. Everything from the atmosphere, style, staff and food was 5 stars. Will be back for sure.

I shared feedback with the restaurant about the new menu and changes in the recipe of the poke bowl. Guess what? They specially made me the original poke bowl with salmon sashimi, crunchy kale,, avocado, and a Sesame wasabi dressing on a bed of wild rice. Thank you for making me the old recipe and really appreciate you guys going above and beyond with this special order.

Of several times we have been to this place all have been towards our expectations. Some of their drinks and food we ordered were all tasty.

I ordered a steak sandwich and my friend ordered Korean schnitzel. Both were 10/10 fantastic. The schnitzel was crispy with the perfect meat to crisp ratio. They also didnt get stingy with the sauce. It was huge as shown on the photo were we both couldnt finish it.

The steak sandwich was also great. Juicy af actual scotch fillet, bread with perfect amount of toasted flavour and butter and the fancy lettuce. No dry bite!!

I absolutely love Lab Kitchen. It's my go-to place for brunch every week. The staff are always friendly and welcoming. I recommend trying their fried chicken egg benedict, Mexican bowl, and garlic prawn pizza. Their coffee is excellent too.

Revisited due to being such a nice experience in the past.
Service is fast and friendly.
You can sit inside or out. Dogs invited.
All food great once again.

Awesome little spot. I really enjoyed my breakfast there, I had the vegetarian plate and added bacon on the side although it didn’t need it because everything on the plate compliments each other so well. My breakfast was served fresh and hot with everything the same temperature throughout and my scrambled egg was too pleasing to touch. Great service/staff, decent portion, amazing soy chai latte and even better food.

After our long walk along the water from Wentworth point - armoury wharf, we stopped by Lab to have lunch. I ordered the healthy option poke bowl + reward myself with a mango smoothie. The poke bowl is a little bit big for me, i couldnt finish it. You need to add the sauce otherwise the rice is a bit dry. The mango smoothie was refreshing after our walk.

The Mexican bowl is not bad, chicken tastes really good

Loved the waffles here and the cafe has lovely decor! A great place to relax and chat for a couple of hours :)

My partner and I shared 3 dishes and a smoothie each here and they were all super yummy!

The Korean street toast! Wow so tasty, a surprising little number that will have you wanting more after each bite

The mushrooms on toast with chorizo, Come on down to flavour town! My gosh so delicious!!

Grilled chicken sandwich, so simple yet so good!

Heard that the owners changed recently. Loved the food and ambience. We got the poke bowl with chicken breast, sirloin steak, prawn linguine and the chicken burger. Everything was great. The chicken breast in the poke bowl was so moist which alot of cafes fail to do. I'll definately come back here next time.

Came by for lunch and was really pleased by their salad offerings. Reasonably priced for serving side and quality. Interior dining space is super cute too.

The Tawoomba is delicious if you like prawns, pasta, and creamy chilli sauce. The service is always lovely and efficient!

Great value for the money you spent. The people are the best and most professional very warm and above and beyond a normal cafe. The food quality hasn’t changed and stayed very nice and healthy since about 4 years ago. They also look after my dog with a bowl of water every time we have our dog with us. Thank to these beautiful people to make Wentworth Point even a more liveable place.
