The quality of the wine is great.

Keep getting ID'd at 25 years old.
Normally this is fine but the digital license doesn't load due to poor connectivity in the shopping centre. They asked me to walk to the front of the building and load it then come back. My mate was directly behind me, is the same age and wasn't ID'd. This has happened twice, please teach your staff to weigh the risk and customer experience.

Is it too much to ask for a liquor shop to know something about liquor. Honestly not a single employee could answer some basic questions. The only thing they could answer was the price.

Please teach your staff manner and politeness. I got my ID checked by an Indian staff. My friend's one is digital and the connection is poor so it took a while to load. After my friend's one checked he asked for mine again. I simply said I had already been checked but still providing mine to him. He then mumbled "Y'all look the same". Hello? I can hear that. If you wanna mock a customer, mock after he leaves. Don't be stupid.

Waiting for 8 minutes to buy 1 bottle of wine while 2 staff members, with access to 2 POS terminals, failed to handle more than 1 customer at once.

There's only been a few times where I've actually been able to get through checkout fast. Other times I've had to wait 20+ minutes to even get into the store at 7pm, accompanied by a small crowd of other confused customers.

Lack of training or lack of common sense, who knows.
