Coles Wentworth Point

I have recently had wrist surgery, I needed to go shopping. I had to line up in the service queue so my bags could be packed.
It was a 2-3 trolley line up.
One of the young staff, Sonu ( I think ) called me over to self service and said she would scan and pack everything.
I have worked in hospitality for over 30 years and must say I was very impressed with her service standards.
Fantastic eye for detail and awareness.
I will be back for sure.

Beautiful gentleman employee who works in the click n collect department and constantly wears a red beanie. He smells of freshly baked cookies and deliciousness, I could just eat him up!😋 5 stars

Wentworth Point Coles has to be one of my favourite places to shop. It is always neat and tidy, stocked up and just a nice environment to be in. I usually come to this Coles for their fresh cream and jam doughnuts. Which again is always in stock as well as a lot of other freshly baked goods. I would most definitely be shopping here again.

Could management please remove the complimentary chef knives box stand at front of service desk.

It so easy to do the groceries, everything easy to find, staff very helpful.

Big store with a big range and stock. Bright and clean and plenty of staff floating around. Quite a comfortable store to do weekly shopping. Located in Marina Square so you get access to free parking with plenty of spots, lifts and travelator.

It’s very hard to review coles as they are all so similar.
I am giving a five star review as my friend and I found this keto friendly carrot cake. It was not too bad at all for a keto cake.

First time ordered online to pick up but had to wait for very long time, no one show up for click & collect. But they had tried to fix the problems and willing to make customers happy. Hopefully the next time will be great experience for me.

Friendly staff, nice and tidy premises, efficient cashier's, hand wipes provided for trolleys. They do everything you'd expect a Coles to do. Only downside is they still have not toilet paper... But I can't really blame them for that.

I love it when Supermarkets does not close early.

I believe this is the only supermarket that has a lot of items to chooses from.

Their staff are helpful! We were tourist by the way.

They have many items on Sale as well.

This has to be the best coles supermarket I've ever visited. The staff are so warm and friendly. They always stop and have a chat to you when you are shopping. Makes shopping experience so much more enjoyable. The layout of the store is also very spacious and clean. Love shopping at my local Coles!

Great range of food, has Asian speciality foods I haven't seen in other coles and a very big butchery.

Everything is new, clean and really well set out. They stock things that I don't usually see in other Coles stores or maybe it looks that way coz the products are displayed well? The staff are always so friendly too which is a bonus.

Spacious. Love to shop there.

Visited this little hidden & new gem last night & I was gobsmacked with the fresh food range & amazingly organised/neatly stacked shelves. Excellent spacing between the isles & a grocery shopper's dream!!
