Went here for the first time today as I have not been very happy with other local medical centre's lately. I found my experience the same as other excellent reviews already posted. Upon entering, the receptionist was friendly & welcoming, I was seen on time by the Doctor, maybe even a few minutes early. My doctor was very knowledgeable and I was happy with advice and service I received. As per other reviews I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone, I just hope it doesn't get to popular and hard to make an appointment. :)

I have been seeing Dr Cai for several years now since moving to the area and I am so happy and grateful to having this centre so conveniently close to my home.
All the staff and reception are always friendly and professional.
Dr Cai is a TOP Doctor who is incredibly knowledgeable and always gives the best treatment, whether it is cosmetic or medically related. He truly cares for his patients and always takes time to listen to our concerns and offers the best treatment.
I highly recommend anyone to see Dr Cai. You will not be disappointed

If you’re looking for a good doctor then look no further, Northmead Medical Centre is the best in the west. Dr Cai is wonderful! He never rushes you & more importantly he’s a great Doctor who really knows his stuff! Reception staff are all very welcoming, especially Andrew! Never had a long wait & lots of easy parking.

Dr Cai is an amazing doctor!! Thorough in his examination, and prefers to be cautious and do tests than ignore what could be a problem. He is caring and empathetic. He goes above and beyond with his patients. Could not recommend him highly enough 🥰😊
