If I could give a zero I would. Order via Uber eats and half the order was missing. The tempura fish and chips were of poor quality nothing like the picture they have advertised (see my uploaded photo). Won’t be ordering again.

If I could give a zero I would. Terrible service! I ordered via Uber eats 2 hours ago, and didn’t receive my order. The company closed and they didn’t prepare my order nor give me a refund. Don’t recommend AT ALL!!! Waste of time and money! Terrible all around!

Whenever I ordered a delivery from this place, it always takes a long long time to come. But I don't mind waiting because the food is actually decent and have good portion for the price. Tonight, however, was especially bad. I ordered my usual order, and I was tracking it through uber eats app. They took more than 1 hour to prepare my 3 dishes (chicken tenders, buffalo wings, mac and cheese). Then apparently my uber delivery driver also had a 2nd order from there, so he decided to wait while my food is getting cold. It is unacceptable. If the delivery driver had to wait another hour for the 2nd order to be ready before delivering mine, then my order will be soggy and ice cold! I'm sorry, but this restaurant needs to step up their services and speed. Almost 2 hours waiting and my food is not here yet, like seriously, I could have ordered a Maccas instead and it will be here in 10 mins :(

I just picked up my menulog order from the restaurant and when I got home I discovered food was missing.

I did not get my Greek salad and I did not get my Lebanese bread sides. That is $11 worth of nothing.

Plus the restaurant seemed to not have my order ready when I arrived and were acting weird with getting me to prove my order.

I have tried calling the restaurant's number from Google but it doesn't work.

The food is also pretty average.

Got 1 out of the 3 items I ordered correct. So with delivery and other fees, I ended up paying $35 for one lamb shank.

Would it have killed you to call me to say you ran out of the other items?

Got a refund for 1 item, but couldn’t get a refund for the other.

The quality of the chicken was so bad it had a weird basting, it was soggy, flavourless and the half a chicken is like ordering a quarter, the chicken literally had no meat on it, what type of food are you serving very disappointed there’s no way they would eat what I just got delivered.

So......... when you order the fish and chips with salad on uber, you dont actually get the salad. Good job guys

they take forever to deliver 1 1/2 hours. For chicken… horrible service don’t go here
