McDonalds North Parra is perfect as a 24hr fast food restuarnt. I recently stopped by there after a 12K Jog during the early hours of the moring.

The atmpspher was nice to see people still up about and cheerful.

Very plesent lady serving me made my hashbrowns fresh and gave me a discount.

Very patient for someone out of breath and sweaty trying to think of what to order for now and on the way home.

Highly recommended, instead of getting Uber Eats if you live within 3K or so go for a walk/jog there and back, burn off the calories before you put them on.

I am giving this McDonalds 5 stars because when I ordered the chocolate drink (I don’t remember the exact name), they made it really well. It was very chocolatey, with lots of whipped cream and chocolate dust. They were very quick at making the drinks. I have seen the other reviews of this McDonalds and they haven’t been too good, but my experience so far has been good.

Today Morning I fell down just before entering McDonald due to tripping at the kerb. The lady wearing black trouser and a black floral shirt was so concerned about me . She offered immediate help. I did not bother much as I suffered bruises . I just finished my Latte . This lady walked in and enquired about my well-being. She went on to give me plasters and helped me put them . When I was about to leave she surprised me with a bottle of cold water . I don’t know her name . She turned out to be the In Charge of the Outlet . God sends such kind people to help. I stopped by at maccas Sunday night. It was very busy. Even though I ordered 3 family meal. All the food was served fresh. There were just two girl working very hard. Need to appreciate supriya and aishwarya, very friendly and helpful.
They deserve pay raise.

Usually this maccas is super suss and not great, but I’m giving 5 stars because I can see some huge improvement in the employees! This morning I went in for. Breakfast order and it was perfect! I ordered a egg, cheese, Mayo, Lettuce and tomato McMuffin and it was made beautifully. They didn’t forget a thing and the service was super lovely in drive through. Merry Christmas team x

Just bought drinks for Family and Soft Serves for Kids as a Treat.

It's a McDonald's, but as far as a really busy McDonald's goes, it's really good. Generally there's a wait for food and only once has that soft serve been broken.

The staff are almost always friendly and polite. They appear to have good supervisors on the floor.

There was a really nice and super helpful young fella advising us none-tech folks on how to use the ordering stations.

I want you to know, he was a pleasure to meet and deal with.

On a hot day, it's great to enjoy the New Coffee Shake. Customer Service was excellent. It shows the youth of today are our future. McDonald's allows them the opportunity to build skills in business. Thank you McDonalds Management Team.

I went through drive through on Saturday around 11am an Indian looking bloke served me. He was the sweetest and very helpful towards me and my friends.

A lovely young lad named Max was kind enough to fix up my order after my wife and kids changed there mind twice!
Good to see there are still people out there able to be sweet and understanding in a frustrating situation

Nice place for veggie lovers coz most McDonald's won't serve Mc Veggie. This one is the biggest in terms of seating capacity and open till midnight. Definitely worth five stars.

Best customer service I ever received from a McDonald's and would hands down recommend the young bloke working at the counter in drive thru last night 23/08/20 at 5am!!! This bloke needs a promotion from the management and to get a pay rise for his outstanding service to the McDonald's public!!

Good service but their ice-crean machine is always broken.

They try to keep the place clean. Food is always made Fresh. But need more people on registers. As you will have customers coming in and out in a hurry.

The only McDonald's in the area, this place can get very busy in the morning, between 9-11am. If you're in a hurry, I find that driving thru is quicker than ordering in-store, for some reason.
