Had the best experience in Bupa Miranda store this evening. Had an issue with my little daughter's shoes which were only 1month old and the way Dylan handled the situation was exceptional. We have always bought sketchers shoes for ourselves. And my daughter who is now 11 have only worn sketchers. I'm so glad I was not disappointed by the customer service since it was the very first time we had issue with the shoes. Dylan was so courteous and made sure everything was sorted so quickly.

The service given was excellent and I was extremely pleased at the friendly and helpful staff. I was buying a pair of shoes and unfortunately found manufacturing faults in 2 different pairs, but the female staff was able to quickly fix the issues while giving friendly smiles and genuine attention. She really went above and beyond to give me the best service and experience I could have when shopping. I didn't get her name but hope she'll be recognised for her fantastic work!

I'm not generally one to post reviews. But I just received the best customer service I think I have ever received at any store by a guy at the Sketchers shop in Miranda. Super friendly without being too in your face and so helpful. Happy customer :)

Great company to buy shoes from. Sketches have the most comfortable shoes and thongs. While prices are a little high the shoes are definitely worth it.
