I also would like to add my thanks for all the work Phil put in on the sale of my parents house. Nothing was too much trouble and he achieved more than I was ever expecting (literally). Sellers and agents are going to have a difficult time in the foreseeable future, so it's best to go with someone who can honestly tell you the truth and what your best move is going to be. I would have no hesitation getting Phil to sell more property that I own.
