Shoes & Sox Miranda

My visit to Shoes & Sox (Miranda) today was a truly enjoyable experience. The shop assistant was exceptionally amiable and went out of her way to assist us. Her recommendations were not only very helpful but also spot-on. I greatly appreciate her assistance.

The lady who served us was exceptional. She fitted each once of our 3 kids with the patience of a saint. We left with 5 pairs of shoes.

Exceptional manners and customer service. We think her name was Lillian but not sure. This lovely lady is an asset to your store and the Shoes and Sox brand.

What a wonderful and warm human. We hope she is recognised for her efforts.

Great experience this week visiting the store. Staff very good with kids of all ages. We were in and out, fully measured, a balloon in hand and a quick an easy transaction that I felt was value for money. Give them a try for sure.

I went in today with my two boys for last minute school shoes, and like the other three shoe shops we'd visited, this store was overflowing with parents doing the same.

However, the service we received here was a hundred times better than the others we'd been to.

Despite the crowds and the pressure, Kelly who served us was lovely, very thorough with fitting the boys, and went so far as to track down a pair of shoes we were after at another branch, arranging for a transfer so that we can pick them up before school starts next week.

It's refreshing to have a positive shopping experience; thanks so much Kelly!

Great experience. First time buying school shoes. Store was very busy however didn't take too long to get served. Unfotunately I cannot remember the girls name but she was very friendly, polite and few the products. It took a few pairs before we got the right ones but staff were patient and provided plenty of options. Will definitely return.

Arrived early along with other parents for school shoes. Process explained well, the lady we had was super helpful, I gave her our budget and what we were after and she measured kids up and provided with options and we were done stress free. She was super knowledgeable and lovely.

I bought my grandson his first pair of formal shoes today (14 months old). Anthony at Westfield, Miranda was excellent!! He took time and had lots of patience with our very energetic boy. He fully measured his feet and gave advice on the appropriate style. Kudos to this sales assistant.

Really good experience today, got two great pairs of boots. However several customers were incredibly rude to staff because QR code queue entry was beyond them. You might want to improve the signage and look at how staff can be supported when this happens. I should have said something but I was fairly consumed in trying to pay and stop my three kids escaping.

I went at a busy time with two overexcited young kids both needing new shoes. Their process worked really well and we joined the QR token queue. Despite how busy it was we were seen to pretty quickly. The team were all super friendly and helpful, fitted the shoes really quickly but without hurrying us, and were so friendly to my kids even though they started running around a bit towards the end. Another staff member looked after another customer so well and professionally, even though they were being quite rude! I always go to Shoes and Sox Miranda!

Loved the online queueing system. Our fitter was super friendly and helpful, was happy to allow my daughter to try different sizes and styles and still helped her to put the shoes on and off even though she’s old enough to do it herself now :)

Excellent customer service! The lady who helped us was great with my 3 yr old daughter, very friendly and professional. She showed me how to check if the shoes were fitting correctly, turns out my daughters current shoes were almost 2 sizes too small! Highly recommend getting your kids feet properly fitted by the staff at Shoes and Sox

This is the only place I buy the kids school shoes. Tell the sales rep how many shoes required and preference in style then hand the kids over! 5 minutes later my kids have great shoes with the perfect fit and the nightmare of school shoe shopping is over. The staff are attentive, knowledgeable efficient. Always a great experience!

Holly was great at shoes and sox miranda. She was knowledgeable about different brands fit and what might work well for my daughters feet. She was positive, helpful and calm. Our first shoe fitting...will definitely be back for another!

Great customer service that was extremely efficient with new signing in system. Had a wonderful staff member fit my child who was patient with great knowledge and advice on what was most appropriate. Felt absolutely confident and happy with purchases made. This place is our only go to shop for all the kids shoes as they have great variety with brands, sizes and colours.

Service was great, We were greeted by our staff member, who knew her job and what she was talking about. Very happy with our service and purchase today. Made an online booking for my 3 children and shoes were fitted and chosen within 40 minutes. A good range of products and the fitter had excellent knowledge of each brand and shoe.

Absolutely refreshing to find a retail salesperson with such a great bed side manner and highly knowledgeable. She put us all at ease and it was a great experience all round.
