Lababdar

We went there to experiment. Ordered everything vegetarian. Paneer lababdar was excellent and vegetarian Thali was good too. Roti was well cooked but not burnt. Dal Makhni was surprisingly very good. Everyone tasted fresh too. Gulab jamun was the only thing we didn’t like. Also ordered vegetarian Momos, which were authentic but we have had better Momos at other places. Five stars for the paneer curry, friendly and prompt service and accessibility ( inside the mall)!

I have visited multiple times here for both Indian dishes and Nepalese momo .Food is always fresh and sooooo delicious .

I come here once a fortnight for lunch before visiting an elderly relative in aged care. I have to say I am treated like royalty! I have hardly sat down before my glass of prospect is put down and the manager/owner is charming. The food is lovely and I would give more stars if I could

LABABDAR! One of my finest experiences so far. All the items that I have ordered have been so enriching in taste, flavour and spice. While the food tops with presentation , quality and taste, every item on the menu is a must try! ( Chicken Lababdar & Paneer Lababdar .. Definitely!)

Also, the fine-dine experience has been flawless, the staff is extremely warm and friendly and they have always made sure to serve their best. Not to forget, the owner has also been so welcoming and is always around personally to ensure that every customer is satisfied with their food & service, which I believe is a very pleasant gesture.

It is one of the best Indian restaurants that I have come across so far. On a personal note, this place is worth a try !!

Very authentic and hits the spot. And they have palaak patta chaat which you don't see every day. Lamb biryani was very tasty and spiced just right.

First time visit here tonight for Mother's Day. The food was absolutely delicious and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We had the lightly pan fried Chicken Momo (Nepalese Dumplings) for our entree and they were so delicious, they came with a spicy tomato dipping sauce which was really yummy. For mains we had the Chicken & Egg Chowmein & the Chicken Lababdar (their signature dish) which was in a velvety smooth tomato gravy, that was spicy but not too hot. We had rice and Garlic Naan to accompany the meal and the servings were generous, so we had some to take home. The other members of our family had the Lamb Korma and the Potato & Eggplant Aloo which they said were also delicious and enjoyable. We will definitely go back for another visit as the Dosa are only available at lunchtime and we want to try them. They had a great wine list and are also BYO.

The owner was very nice and welcoming. He was checking us time and again.
Food was very yumm . They have wide range of vegetarian food too.

Absolutely amazing north Indian and Nepalese food, must try are their lababdar curries, we've tried all veggie and all meat options too. Couldn't find a fault with anything, must try if you're in the area!!

We try to have a pick up meal every week that we are in Sydney. (4 of us)
We all have something different -vindaloo , jalfezi, tikka masala. They never disappoint.
Tonight’s was even the best!

Our favourite restaurant in Ryde, the whole family loves it. The food is divine - make sure you try the dumplings! Service is friendly and attentive and the atmosphere is pleasant.

The nicest authentic Indian food I have dined in across the nearby area. The quality of the food is really very good. Servicing is also quite appreciating. It’s always clean and hygienic. I always have a good time having my lunch or dinner at the restaurant.

We celebrated a birthday here today, both food and service was amazing. Try the chicken lababdar and chilli prawns ! We will be back

The chowmein and biryani here is awesome! I have done take away couple of times here and every time the taste is consistent and amazing! Spice level is perfect!

I'm in love with their Chicken Lababdar. I've ordered it probably a dozen times by now and I'm still craving it. It's the perfect blend of tandoori marinated chicken in a rich onion gravy. It doesn't taste oniony, it tastes of aromatics, with a slightly sweet/caramelized flavour. It pairs really well with the peshwari rice. If you prefer spicier foods then I recommend their Spicy Momo's, Biryani rice and Vindaloo curry's. They are sure to please even the most desensitized palate.

This restaurant is a hidden gem that deserves recognition and each dishes is very delicious and flavourful with worth price. The chef’s expertise shines through each bite. Also the staff’s are really friendly.

Amazing food from here every time. I have ordered 3 x from here and every time food has been incredible. I love the lamb chow mein, onion bahji, paneer tikka masala. Amazing flavours every time :)
