Emily served us today, and she was fantastic! Wonderful customer service and great advice on shoes and insoles. My niece felt extremely comfortable with her and she made her shoe shopping for school an enjoyable experience! She even chose the pair Emily picked out!

Great 3D scanning technology, helpful stuff, and useful 30 day fit guarantee. I bought a new pair of shoes that had always been my size, but after wearing them for a day I realised my toes were slightly cramped. Went back the next day and Anneliese (I think her name was) was extremely helpful, showing me other sizes, brands, shoelace tying tips, and was very patient. Thanks again, loving the new kicks!

I was served by PJ back in January. I’m not sure if he was still there but his service was the best experience I’ve ever had at Athletes foot so far (as someone who gets runners for long distance from here). He greeted me upon entering the store and was ready and available to help, I didn’t have to wait for minutes just to talk to someone. He did a foot analysis with me, measured my feet and talked me through what shoes would work best for my goals. Ended being the Hokas I was leaning towards and wanting to try. They have been a fabulous fit since then and I have now been running in them for over 3 months. PJ really worked with excellence and had awesome customer service, he was not pushy to have a sale but seemed to genuinely just want to help me understand what was the best type of shoe for running, answering all my questions and he was knowledgeable too. Rare to find someone who works with such commitment and high standard. Grateful for the service and experience at this store!

Build a 3d model of your feet and see how munted they are! The people working here are actually really nice and I appreciated they knew their stuff and had the right shoes for my munted feet.

Shopping for school shoes today.. I was expecting very little service because everywhere was so busy, but Ella approached us in the first minute and her service was impeccable. She built a great rapport with my 7yr old and found a school shoe she loved that fit really well, taking into account the extra support my daughters feet need. Very happy with the service at the store on a very busy day. Accepted my Back to School vouchers easily too.

My mum and I went in looking for recommendations for our different needs of shoes. We were greeted by a very lovely and warm girl named Annalise who was very smiley and so so helpful. She pulled lots of different shoes for the both of us and explained the different benefits and downsides of each shoes in relation to our various injuries and sporting needs. Whatever she is being paid she needs to be paid more, the BEST customer experience I have ever had. I would recommend athletes foot at Miranda to all of my friends solely off this wonderful experience. My mum and I both left happy with a pair of shoes each and some socks to match! Great experience here with Nathan assisting me. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and happy to answer any questions. Overall a great shopping experience. This is the second pair of running shoes I've bought from Athlete's Foot, and I'm confident I'll get as much out of these ones as I did the last.

I just want to say we had the best service today from Mathew. My husband had a fall 7 months ago and he struggled to sit down to be fitted for shoes. Mathew was fantastic with helping him be fitted for new sandshoes. I fully recommend him at the Miranda Store. 10/10 service

She was so sweet and patient with me and I really trusted the advice I got given! Highly recommend visiting this store, their staff are lovely and the prices are extremely reasonable!

I was given very specific advice by Saja that were related to my daughter's feet, Saja seemed more interested in giving the right product, instead of just 'making the sale'. Went in to talk to someone about my needs for a suitable sneaker for having bunions. My podiatrist recommended i go in to Athletes Foot. So glad I did! Taylah was amazing in her friendly service and expert knowledge...within minutes I had found my perfect walking shoe ! I was so amazed with the technology and left the store feeling so great with total peace of mind. I'll be back this week to buy the shoes from you Taylah !

AWESOME PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE & CUSTOMER SERVICE

My partner purchased shoes recently and his custom orthotics didn't fit. We went in for a simple exchange and AJ couldn't have taken better care of us. He was understanding and helped my partner to try on numerous pairs of shoes despite it being a busy day in store. In the end, my partner got a perfect pair of runners and AJ was even was able to get us $150 worth of socks for a third of the price as we had some money left over from the exchange. Super accommodating and friendly service all round. We will be back! Thanks AJ!
