Apart from the wonderful products sold by Adairs, this particular staff member named Heidi from the Homebush Homemaker store is the reason I am giving this rating. What a pleasantly mannered lady! She truly fits the definition of excellent customer service! It's not often you receive this kind of service anymore. I can imagine how many customers She has made smile just after having dealt with her 🙂

Great customer service,i am really appreciated to the store manager for her patient and friendly help .
I purchased four items in homebush,but i went to the other store to return one item,the other store unwilling help me,then i called homebush,the store manager is extremely nice and patience to communicate with the staff on the other store via phone .although the experience on other store is frustrated,but with the help from homebush staff,finally my problem solved.

Ainsley is very kind and helpful. She was very patient and enthusiastic and helped my wife and I with accessorising our lounge room. We can't thank her enough for her help and kindness.

Always have a good deal going. The store is well kept and always has sufficient supply. The staff here are excellent, very welcoming and knowledgeable.
