Some years ago based on recommendation from a friend, I hired Solari and Stock Lawyers to assist me with my divorce. Riccarda Stock was just the person I needed to help me through a very difficult time, she was always available for advice, extremely responsive and timely with feedback to the other party. Riccarda also provided great advice during finalisation of my will and other matters.

Last year I put my house on the market and had no hesitation in turning to Solari and Stock to manage all my legal requirements. Vicki De Bonis has been amazing in her efforts to support me through what ended up being over a 12 month journey to get the price I wanted. Along the way Vicki reviewed contracts of a few houses I was interested in buying. In the end Vicki helped me through my house sale by a new Real Estate agent, which took just 4 days from buyer viewing to contract signing.

I then purchased a house before Auction, and settled in 3 weeks, on the same day as the settlement of the house I sold. The only way all of this happened was due to Vicki working tirelessly to meet all of the unreasonable timeframes that my situation threw at her.

I am extremely grateful to Vicki for doing everything she could to make sure my contract was ready quickly so we could lock in the buyer, and all of the searches etc were finalised quickly so my purchase and settlement were seamless. Her communication throughout the whole process was fantastic.

Very disappointed. I was provided with a quote and the amount I paid was substantially more than quoted. I was not informed that the quote was being exceeded so as to allow me to provide informed instructions. Be wary.

EDIT: With regard to your response it seems to me that you are obviously not being provided with proper advice by your own office. I paid substantially more than the initial amount quoted. Feel free to refund me the difference as it is over $1,000.00 from what was quoted. And yes the 'additional' invoice was waived but I still paid substantially more than was quoted.
