Rowan is a professional and enthusiastic agent. I have a really positive experience when working with Rowan. He’s very quick in replying to my messages and helped me in getting my first house. He’s very professional in working. Because it was my first home, I have very limited knowledge about the process of settlement so Rowan has been very helpful in assisting me with that. When I asked if we can inspect the house before the settlement, he was very nice to spare some of his time to inspect it again after the auction. I’m very thankful and appreciate his help. I have been looking around the market for a few months and most of the agents were rude to the buyers, but Rowan was very nice and friendly. If I do sell my property in the future, I would get Rowan to assist me.

Very highly recommended. I just purchased (remotely) a property in Parramatta, where Rowan was the selling agent. He was thoroughly professional and responsive and when I faced some issues (BP report on my side had some unexpected delays), he took steps to make sure everything was in place for it to be completed by the BP inspector so that I would have comfort to proceed with the purchase. Excellent process and outcome - highly recommended. Rowan has been such a pleasure to deal with and we are very happy with the price he ended up getting for our property. He took care of everything when it was hard for me to get to the property. The process ended up coinciding with when we were travelling overseas but this was not an issue at all.
