the clothes are good quality and have discount. good place to shop.

Love the products but the staff are not friendly. One even forgot to remove the security tag so I had to sort to get it removed. Too much inconvenience.

Urgent Feedback on Store Experience

Dear Champion Retail Team,

I am writing to express my deep concern and disappointment following my recent visit to your DFO Homebush store.

Unfortunately, I experienced instances of bad attitude from your staff, (especially the guy with short hair that was wearing head scarf) which was distressing enough. What was even more concerning was the feeling that your staff were aiding in harassment within the store, making the environment uncomfortable and hostile.

I believe that everyone has the right to shop in a safe and welcoming environment, and I hope my feedback will be taken seriously and prompt immediate changes in your store

Contacted them about a mistake a staff member made by leaving the ink security tag on my clothes, was told a text message would be sent so i can forward my details .. nothing has come & wouldn’t it be easier for a replacement to be sent & this one to get sent back so my time isn’t wasted again?

No exchange policy. My husband just needed to change the t-shirt size from medium to large. We had original receipt. Very bad and unprofessional customer service. Please don't shop in any of their stores.
