We have been renting with Open since March 2023. We were new to the country and had little to no knowledge of the rental process here in Australia. The Open team here in North Parramatta are and continue to be amazing. They answer all our questions and have always been responsive when a concern or need is brought to their attention. I cannot speak highly enough of this team. Joseph was the team member who did the inspection with us and he was so patient with all our questions and the fact that we had to bring our three children along with us. Alex and Raymond as well as the front reception associates have been extremely helpful and supportive during our continued journey. The entire team is amazing!!

Good Advice and Knowledgeable . Dimitri was very knowledgeable about the local market and provided solid advice about how to market the property. He assisted us with getting the property ready for market arranging trades to freshen the property up for sale. He was realistic with price and we sold in 2 weeks. Would recommend Dimitri for property advice.

Our first dealings in 2021 weren't great with Open RE but they drastically improved soon after.
Over the last 2 years renting through them, they have been responsive, organized and professional. Christopher Ng is doing a great job and a pleasure to deal with.
