I had to do an exchange here today and had a wonderful experience, the girl who served me was helpful and friendly and made the experience fuss-free. Unsure why there are so many bad reviews. Shop is beautiful and great stock.

I’m so surprised by the bad reviews for this store.

About a year ago I first entered and I tried on so many things, to the point where I kind of became that annoying customer. Malina who served me was so patient and polite. Unfortunately they didn’t have the size/ style at the time and she was so helpful and didn’t pressure me into any decisions, I believe she really wanted me to find the right thing.

Today I went in and had the same consistent polite and bubbly greeting from her, I tried on so many things and her energy was just awesome. Thank you so much, the amount of time she spent helping me has me suited to the most perfect shoes, this store will be I shop first if I need activewear or shoes.

This is the first time shopping in this store. We were served by Ashleigh, who was such a very helpful and courteous sales assistant, a very friendly disposition which made my experience a contented one. I work in retail and it's not often you find such service from a young person, a credit to herself.

Thanks to the ladies that helped me this morning by finding the last pair of sea salt new balances in Aus in my size in the western Aus store! Made my day, awesome service!

I went in there on the 4th around 4pm and I’ll be honest I love style runner but the service in the store leaves a lot to be desired. My mum was looking for shoes for a while the sales assistant was at the register and she was waiting to be helped, when the girl made it clear she wasn’t going to leave the counter to help, my mum approached and asked if she was by herself today and whether she could get some help, to be fair asked really nicely to which she said to my mum well you didn’t approach me to ask for help so how was I to know (I was floored lol) when my mum said I thought it was service staff that approached not the other way around there was a bit of back and forth with it and I just sat and listened. I was there and the attitude of the staff member was snarky, she smirked the whole time and spoke down to my mum, like she truely believed that it wasn’t her job to help her. She didn’t realise we were together at that stage and when I approached to purchase (at this point someone being rude to my mum I really didn’t want to purchase but I’m in the fitness industry and needed the items). I said to her she I’m sorry but she has a point, I’ve never been to a store where it’s expected that customers asked to be greeted or served which she tried to defend herself on, I don’t think she was willing to give me the same attitude because of the visual way I look and I’m definitely not softly spoken. I’m just annoyed that I needed to purchase those items, because the attitude of staff there sucks, I mean you guys are a premium athleisure/ sports wear store, and your staff behave like they work in Kmart.

Walked into the store at 9.45am. Was not greeted, shouted at by a blonde girl, " You need to to leave"....I said "excuse me"...she said "we have an issue come back later"...So rude the door was open they were not closed nor had a closed sign on the door. Wont go there again. No sorry, explanation of why she need me to leave. So rude! I was looking for a pair of shoes, not wanting her service immediately. Have purchased from another store.

I want to emphasise I’ve never left a negative review about businesses in general but this store managed to tick me off.

My partner and I visited the store on Friday (22nd July) and were not greeted once even though we were clearly looking at their trainers which was not that big of a deal to us as we thought they’re leaving us alone to browse. I wanted to try on a pair of shoes and I went up to the counter where I expected them to atleast LOOK UP and acknowledge our presence. We were blatantly ignored (and very intentionally so) until I had to ask if they have it in my size. The sales assistant (redhead, don’t mean to name and shame but please do better), looked visibly bothered by me asking if she has something in stock ( literally doing the bare minimum, what’s expected of her) and told me they don’t.

Now i wanna make it clear, I work in retail myself and I know most of the time s you tend to know what you have in stock by heart but it’s common courtesy to double check. Not even saying HI to the customer when they’re in front of you, trying to get your attention, and continuing to chat with your co worker is not the go.

Don’t mean to be a karen but hopefully this is taken as constructive criticism and your staff is trained/reminded of how to do the absolute bare minimum without making it look like they hate their job. Thanks x

No knowledge from staff -arrogant blonde fake eye lash girl . She was so rude and basically did not want to help out.
Communication was inefficient and nil to me during 2 and half month -
customer service - 2 months and still trying to track down my refund … for an item that never arrived and paid in store !

I have been push over by staff at Miranda store .
No one actually tried to contact me by phone .
No one email but a customer generic msg . A absolute disgrace

I have been told a sorry by a customer service that misspelled my name and «  here is 20 % off your next purchase » !
Seriously?

What a joke .

Not satisfied at all

I still want to talk to somebody and no one actually care to take their phone and call in 2 months !!!
Even a proper email to set up a time fora chat from a State manager or regional manager.

I have been in the fashion industry and trust me first time I see such a bad disgraceful service from all side of business

Disorganised
Staff are ignorant and business run by babies with no experience and even no communication skills whatsoever

. A absolute disgrace !!!!!
