My wife took me there for my birthday, it was unplanned but had a great dinner. Enjoyed the food and the service was excellent. While leaving they gave a rose to my wife, we did not expect that and it made it very special. Thank you to Chex Pascal. It’s BYO restaurant please take your choice of wine to enjoy the dinner!

Beautiful French restaurant with a really nice homely vibe to the food. Some of the best & most authentic French food I’ve ever had. Restaurant doesn’t offer any drinks but is BYO so definitely bring a bottle if you’d like something.

Highlights were the onion soup and braised beef cheeks special. Call up to book and ask about the latest menu (the menu on the website isn’t up to date).

It was a wonderful evening: the Chef (himself) read the day’s specials and made sure we had a great time! Exquisite food!

Everything about this restaurant is superb - the authentically-French cuisine, the friendly and responsive service, the rich ambience! We were celebrating my husband's birthday and it is a rare achievement when everyone feels they ordered well for every course. There was not one entree, main and dessert dish we ordered that wasn't exquisitely delicious. The chef, Philippe, even emerged with my husband's dessert, singing a booming rendition of happy birthday which nearly knocked me off my chair! I strongly recommend booking your next dining out experience at Chez Pascal - you won't regret it.

Went on a whim after a hard week and had the best dining experience. It's been a while since I've seen venison and frogs legs on the menu at French restaurant and I have been to quite a few so rhey were must orders for me. The food was divine but it was Philippe the chef that really made my night. An absolutely heart-warming place to dine and with a cosy familial feel. A new regular for sure.

Absolutely amazing!! We just found this little gem and wow everything about this place is just perfect. Food, service and ambience all 10/10 can't recommend it enough!! The chef comes out and checks on each table himself and all ladies get a rose at the end..this place sure makes you feel special. We will definitely be back.

honestly the best french restaurant we have ever been to, the food was amazing, and the chef himself was so professional and educated on the cuisine, you can tell love and dedication went towards this place and the menu, 10/10 easily.

Hidden gem!! What a fantastic restaurant. Excellent food and service. Chef comes out and talks to you and gas a laugh. All ladies get a rose at the end.

Everything was perfect. It is a rare thing these days to be able to have a conversation in a restaurant and not have to shout and concentrate hard to hear what your friends are saying. The food was perfect. The service was excellent. This is a place to go if you love authentic French food, beautifully prepared and presented.

The food is always divine here & the fabulous decour & pleasant French music in the background just add to the dining experience, the venue is BYO so if your in the mood for alcohol you can bring anything you like.
The owner & chef is a tremendously friendly man who always takes the time to make his way around the restaurant to make conversation and make sure you're enjoying your meal.

Chez Pascal is a truly typical French dining experience with Philippe, the chef making the show in the kitchen.

High quality French cuisine, everything was delicious! Lovely staff and amazing chef who comes and says hi!

My best friend and I went last night to treat ourselves to a fancy dinner because neither of us had been here in 10 years and oh my god we were so happy! The food was exquisite and the atmosphere was just as beautiful. Our waitress was super friendly and helpful and the chef came out and had a quick chat to everyone briefly which was lovely. He was super nice!

I had the French onion soup, steak as a main and the crepes and they were all fantastic. The bread and the three butters were drool worthy also!
