McDonald's Sylvania

First time here, I was impressed with their playground. It was huge with plenty of seating.

Every morning I go through drive through between 7.20 and 8am and greeted by a lovely staff member is always happy and greets me in a very professional manner.
Her name tag is Antoinette or Antoinella. She is fast and always smiling finishing off with “have a lovely day”
She deserves to be promoted. And share her professionalism with others.
Thank you Antoinella/ Antoinette for making me smile every morning and love your happy and friendly nature.

I ordered a toasty and coffee at Southgate
Excellent service young girl did not know about the sandwich I did not know it was called toasty she did everything possible and found it Then Daniela the barista was so helpful and friendly A true gem these 2 ladies

Most conveniently located. Always good McFood in the great McTradition as Ronald would have made it. Coffee is usually hit and tastes like McCafe Coffee should.

The 1st time I've ever walked into a maccas and been greeted. There is a woman named Jeeth and she's a bloody legend. One of the most friendliest maccas employees I've ever met. Would recommend 👌

They are always very generous and give out lots of free water. Love it!!

Plenty of parking or drive through. Can get really busy in mornings. Good service and usual food fare and good coffee.

Clean and fast service, strong air-condition indoor and have a big playground as well.

Such a busy restaurant however the service was friendly, fast and the quality of the food was Gold Standard for a McDonalds restaurant. Fantastic experience for a first time visit to this store.

I ordered 20 chicken nuggets and they delivered flawalessly. The bathrooms were clean and the food was like maccas food. No wait and no issues there’s. Thanks night team.

McDonald's Sylvania is a good store. It is very neat & tidy. I ordered food through my Macca's App & by the time I got in2 McDonald's Sylvania, my order was ready. The staff member was very efficient. The order wad accurate. I couldn't have been happier. Keep up the goid work. 👍

Really nice two elder ladys at the Drive through service at 12 pm on 31st January in 2023!! And introduce me new choc soft serve which was delicious. Thank you for such lovely service.

It was late at night, i needed a coffee and no other places were opened at the time I went there. I had no great expectations, but I was happy to find polite staff members and great coffee. The girl who made my coffee really knew how to make one.
