Jane provided excellent customer service on the front desk both on the phone and in person. She was knowledgeable, pleasant and helpful. I saw Frank the podiatrist. He advised that the treatment I booked in for wasn’t suitable and discussed the best treatment for me (which wasn’t to the benefit of the business) and wrote out my plan. I loved the honesty and sincerity of the staff and clinicians - I even got a show bag when I left. I was impressed

Saw Stefan for the first time today, amazing knowledge and care. Removed corns, callouses, dead skin and ingrown nails just wonderfully. Walked out with baby bottom smooth feet…made an appointment to see him in 8 weeks time. Thank you for the fabulous service and friendliness, the best podiatrist in the Shire, hands down!!!!

Had my first appointment today with Frank. So gentle, knew exactly what was wrong with the pain areas in my feet, cleaned them up and finished off with foot cream! Heather and Monique on reception were super friendly and caring. Will be back when my feet go bad again, no worries!

I had a great visit with Phillip Hakim today. Professional, friendly and efficient! He was very thorough and offered lots of useful advice.
The Admin team were also very friendly and welcoming given this was my first time in the clinic.
I highly recommend Sutherland Podiatry Centre and will be visiting again!

OMGosh luv this place, Stefan is my man,(not in a creepy way)🤣 he is brilliant and just knows my feet which are not too great just saying, I book in for my next visit every time I go, because I am afraid to miss out with him because he is so busy and I feel like I am cheating booking with someone else. The staff are all wonderful and very friendly, can't recommend them highly enough👏

The receptionists and my Podiatrist James were so friendly and welcoming on my first time going to the centre. He was knowledgeable and explained in detail what he thought was happening with my foot. I felt so comfortable and through his care, hopeful that my foot pain will get better.

Great service. I booked an appointment for my daughter for the following day as there were no appointments available on the day. I was placed on the cancellation list just incase someone cancel’s their appointment. I received a call 1/2 hour after I made the booking and was offered an appointment on the same day. The podiatrist Stefan was friendly, great with my teenage daughter, gentle and had a good sense of humour. We definitely recommend this service.
