Romano's Hotel

Had an amazing experience at Romanos. The staff were super friendly. Four of us arrived after the kitchen had already closed but they still made us meals, which was very very much appreciated because everyone was crazy hungry!! The portion sizes were huge and everything was delicious. We also had a few amazing espresso martinis, best I‘ve had in Wagga. All in all awesome experience. 10/10 recommend.

They had seating outside for people with dogs which worked out perfect for us as we had our dog with us. I ordered the barramundi and it was cooked to perfection. The skin was crispy and the meat was nice and moist. The mash potato was nice and sweet and the vegetables were crisp. My daughter had the porterhouse steak. It was massive but also cooked perfectly. The live music made the vibe great.

Loved the food, had the lemon squid entree and then the mixed grill. The steak was medium rare as I asked and the portion included a crumbed lamb cutlet, that was a nice bonus. Great atmosphere and yummy food with competitive price point.

staff.
From the quality bar staff to the brilliant chefs and the cleaners, not to mention the drama free check in experience and a courtesy bus!!
There is not much more you can ask from this quality establishment that dates to 1857.

Good, old town pub food is not dead.
My wife and I had a chicken schnittie and a slow cooked Guinness beef pie with chips and salad, bloody nice, and the schnittie was not small either.
Excellent beers on tap..
Very reasonable prices.
Staff very friendly and helpful.
Highly recommend Romano's for a meal and cold beer 🍺 😋

We visit Romano's every time we are in Wagga. Love that our dog is allowed to dine outside with us. Food is consustently good, great selection of beers and the staff here are just fantastic.

This is my second time to this venue. Possibly the oldest hotel in Wagga Wagga, Romano's has a great menu, a large choice of beverages. We were there for a wake for a friend with quite a lage crowd and Romano's catered very well for this occasion

Guinness pie was a good option, shared the nachos as well which were better than most pubs. Enjoyable experience

Greta & Brett had amazing service tonight for our function! Incredible cocktails and service! Definitely coming back again!! 11/10 stars!!!

From the moment we walked in, the staff were super friendly and very helpful. It was a spur of the moment, very last-minute booking, we arrived at around 8.15 and the lovely staff helped us get settled with enough time to order dinner before the kitchen shut. The food was delicious ,hot and great value for money. The room was clean and probably the best hotel bed I've slept in for a while. It was very quiet considering it's attached to a pub.

Perfect service from “Pramuk” the manager and the cleaning ladies! 👍🏾 Food is always on time and cooked perfectly! The rooms always clean and tidy! Not one complaint to be given! It’s a perfect home away from home while in Wagga working! Thanks to the staff and everyone at Romanos Hotel!

Absolutely loved this place! Went there for lunch with my beautiful Wife. Got a table quickly, the staff were SO friendly and happy and helpful! Place was IMMACULATELY clean and well presented. Lunch came out super fast and was great! Hotz cooked perfectly, and was a pleasure! Do yourself a favour and check their specials before going in, because their already very reasonable prices get even better! They have special nights for schnitties and surf and turf, and kids eat free on Mondays. We'll definitely be back and become regulars.

We were travelling through Wagga late on Monday evening & needed a place to stay. Romano's were very helpful, open late & able to rent us a room (it was around 11pm). We rang up & they said there were rooms available. On arrival the staff member was very helpful & welcoming & he booked us in one of their refurbished rooms. The room was great, comfortable bed, nice & dark to get a good sleep before driving again, loved the colour scheme & the bathroom was quite luxurious - the only thing that could be improved would be shower screens instead of curtains but not a big issue it would just be the finishing touch. I would definitely return to this establishment. Thanks for having us.

Great experience staff were inviting quick to serve and friendly. The demeanour was clearly welcoming stemming from the senior staff.
Patrons were mostly happy and friendly too where most people smiled with a nod.

Food was good fresh and tasty. Beer nice and cold reasonable prices.

Couldn’t of booked a better hotel to stay in! The staff have been amazing. So friendly and accommodating. The steak sandwich was awesome! The room was perfect! The bed felt like a cloud and the shower is great. Very clean. Nothing is to much for the great people that work at Romanos. If I’m ever back in Wagga I know where I’m staying!!
