Just over a week ago I went Into the store. As soon as I walked in, the store smelt amazing. I asked the lovely red haired assistant (I later found out her name was Cara) where did her boss get this defuser from. She replied that she bought it into the store to make it smell and feel welcoming. It certainly did that.
I peacefully looked around, occasionally having a question or two for Cara. Cara answered my questions. I never felt judged or uncomfortable. Which I feel is so important as I was stepping far out of my comfort zone.
I made my purchases and then left. For the first time since going into your store and being served by others I left feeling good and keen to go back. If this gets back to Cara, please thank her from me for making a mum of 3 children feel like it was ok to go in and shop for something myself.
