Motorserve Caringbah

Have used Motorserve a few times for my car. The team there are friendly and helpful. Always feel like I get an honest assessment and value for money repair. There's a waiting area with plenty of seating and free WiFi if you needed to stay connected. NRMA members get a 10% discount too.

I'm extremely happy and satisfied with service and commitments. Although the ETA was for 10 days but with extreme attention to detail and priority served by CRAIG, CZARINA, MICHELLE ,DAVE and the MANAGER NATHAN HUNT
I manage to get my car back with 5 working days
I'm very happy and would highly recommend them

Always a good experience. My car is a 2010 Lancer and has always been serviced by NRMA at Rockdale (closed) now Caringbah. It’s great a car thanks to the attention received by a wonderful team.

Very organised and the staff at both desks were very helpful. Car hire process was easy and efficient.

Great service. I left my car for repairs on Wednesday and it was ready on Tuesday with the public holiday on Monday, really happy with the quick repair amd my car looks amazing.The ladies at the reception are amazing, they go above and beyond to help you😊😊

Whilst my estimated repair time is 117 days due to a backlog, I felt reassured to know that I have use of a very comfortable courtesy car for as long as I need. Now that's good service!

I was so impressed, I went here for car repairs, it turned out the issue wasn't what I thought, they explained the issue thoroughly and gave good advice, didn't try to turn into a bigger job or anything like that, just friendly, honest service. These guys did a great job on our car, but they were super accommodating when we turned up late after flying home to pick up our car. Despite it being at the back of the lot and just before closing time, they helped us get the car out and home for our first day back at work. Made all the difference - this is a great team to work with.

My wife and I moved to Cronulla six months ago so had no idea who to take the car for rego checks after taking it to the same trusted mechanic for years who is unfortunately too far away.

Went to one place in the area and as expected, the typical lies and dishonesty about what did and did not need to be done to the car.

Gave Motorserve Caringbah a go as we are an NRMA member so worst case scenario at least there is a discount.

Pleasantly surprised by the service. Great work to the car. Great communication. Explained exactly what needed and what did not need to be done for registration. Reasonably priced and the works were justified.

The staff there are also very friendly. Went to go pick up the car and had a great chat. Shout out to Lisa and Brad. Star employees.

Great Service...Casey & Cesar are true customer service professionals. Special of $50.00 off was a great bonus. My Honda was beautifully serviced and came complete with a report of the work done. Complimentary wash and clean inside was an added bonus, my car was sparkling, and loved the bag of jelly babies as a small gift. I am sure my Honda came out of that service with a smile on its face. I have already booked in for my pink slip in April.
Just feel peace of mind dealing with the NRMA brand. Highly recommended.

The online system was easy to book in with, I was advised of the price before they commenced the work on the vehicle & my car was returned in fantastic condition. I could not be happier with the team and service provided at NRMA Caringbah. I had a major service for our Lexus. The team gave me a great upfront quote with a discount for being an NRMA member (cheaper than my 4 other quotes). They had friendly staff that all went above and beyond, beautiful huge workshop, reception and waiting room, called for permission to complete other minimal items, had the time to answer car care questions and even gave me coffee while they washed and vacuumed my car to finish. So happy to have found our new family mechanic.

Extremely happy with the service they provided. Give my RAV4 on the monday and got it fixed by the friday. Really happy on how fast they were able to do there job and also cleaned the car as well. Excellent Service!!!

It was the first time I've had my car serviced since moving to the area and I feel like I got lucky with my first choice of mechanics. Super easy booking system online which takes away the pain of calling. The staff are great, they called and advised of work or parts(ie. tyres) that will need replacing soon and checked to see if I wanted any extras done on the day. The car feels like it is driving better since getting it back which is always a good sign.. You get a printed receipt at the end showing everything that has been done and anything that they think may need doing some time in the future. The price was also a bonus, they have set prices for minor services which are competitive and any extra work pricing is fair.
