Had a rego check done on my Focus RS and the mechanic was very friendly, and respectful of my car. The reception lady was also lovely!

Price could be a little lower according to my expectation but I understand everything is getting more expensive now in general.

Overall service was excellent from the beginning to receiving my car back. I was provided all details of what is done and what needs to be done in the next service. I did not catch the name of team members but they were lovely and professional which I’m happy about.

I will leave them my car here again in the next service.

Booked in my 5yo car for a regular service, excellent service as usual. Borrowed the loan car, clean, super easy to drive. They phoned early to let me know what had to be fixed and quoted price. Phoned a little later when finished. Picked up my car which had also been washed and cleaned. They also let me know of a couple of things that were ok for now, but might need to be done next time. Highly recommend.

I was not able to get an appointment for a few months with the dealership of our new Peugeot so I went to Sutherland Automotive for the van's first service and I was really happy I did. They did an excellent job, all done in a day, the car was fresh when I picked up and the price was very competitive. I would highly recommend Sutherland Automotive to others needing a service or vehicle repair.

This is the second time that I've gone to Sutherland Automotive for help with fairly major issues affecting my car. Each time, my car was looked over and I was contacted about possible solutions within several hours, and my car has also been repaired within one or two days. Sometimes it's not possible to get past the fact that cars and car repairs can be expensive but Sutherland Automotive does all they can to provide the most cost-effective solution to their customers, and they also take the time to explain the nature of any repairs/etc they carry out.

From booking the service via the online booking system, locking in a courtesy vehicle, then dropping off/pickup - the whole process couldn't be any simpler.

The Team are very friendly, prices are reasonable and I feel like my car came out cleaner than when it went in...

I recently dropped my car (Ford Falcon) for major suspension work to be carried out. It was my first time going to this workshop and I now have found my go to mechanics. Peter would have to be one of the nicest and most knowledgeable mechanics I have dealt with, super helpful and the quality of work was amazing. Their workshop is spotless and my car came back the same.
When collecting my car, Peter showed my old components and gave some tips and advice.
They are truly a quality workshop and I am very fortunate to have found them. I highly recommend Sutherland Automotive.

Called up on a Thursday afternoon after noticing an oil leak. They fit me in first thing next morning, ordered the parts same day and fixed not long after. No problems since. Great service and advice at a fair price. Place is very clean and professional, and will become my go-to local mechanic. Recommend to anyone. Thanks guys
