After a mishap with my lounge, the team worked
tirelessly to resolve the issue and to make sure I was completely happy with the outcome.

Quality of items are great!! Customer service in store when ordering was great, sadly after this was where it fell apart. Was told it would be a 12 week wait for our lounges, that time came and went and no contact from Nesbitts, upon contacting them they would tell me it’s arriving the next week, that week would come and go-still no contact from them, I had to ring them to find out everytime what was happening. This same thing then happened with delivery, kept coming up with excuses whenever I rang to find out where our lounges were!! They eventually arrived on the 10th November-6 months after they were ordered!!
Half the time when I rang the person I needed to speak with wasn’t there so they said they would get her to call me back-she never did, I always had to ring up again after a few days.
Also stated it was absolutely their policy for lounges to be set up and checked all in working order by their delivery people, we triple checked this as we told them we are 600km away, they assured us this is how they do it- lounges were delivered by Dawsons who aren’t allowed to even open the packages!!
The leather care kit we ordered and paid for with the lounges also was not delivered. When I rang them to ask where this was and to speak with the manager or owner the employee refused to put me into them instead insisting I tell him the problems, then laughing with others in the background at my issues with their incompetence. Basically couldn’t care less about it all and said”ok your missing a leather care kit, we will post that out, bye” and hung up on me!!
Overall we find the customer service to have been pathetic and very unprofessional!!
