They have 2 self washing dog wash bays, with all products provided.

Sometimes when I've been there, they have had very friendly dogs of the leash. There's dog are beautiful animals and its amazing how calming they are around customers.

Their prices are reasonably and they often have specials on.

Took my Irish wolf hound Freya to get a bath in the D.i.Y self serve bath, she was welcomed with opened arms and happy smiles as we walked in, she had the biggest tail wag and was so excited to be treated with love/respect and welcomed with pats as we arrived we thought it was fantastic, we bought a session and extra shampoo and conditioner, the nice wam bath was generous enough for a big dog like her, and the option of drying her with the blower only took 15 min on the max settings, after we finished we were greeted by the most lovely staff that helped us to pick out a special jacket big enough for her, we will recommend pet stock to all big dog owners a huge 100/10 and fantastic knowledgeable service, this really is a family shop and made Freya feel like a queen ☝❤

Fantastic place to go for your pet's needs. As soon as we walked in, a male staff member asked us if he could help us. Very good service a friendly. I will go back there because so much to choose from and for the helpful staff, who knew the stock and what he was talking about, which was much appreciated. Thank you.

Beautiful people, most helpful, accommodating, being first time using their dog bath, also were beautiful in dealing with a scared greyhound, getting her nails done the first time, since adoption, and fitted us in, at the last moment. Thank you sooo much.

Lovely service, great range of products at reasonable prices

A great pet shop. They even have a pet grooming centre in there too. You can pay $10 for 10 minutes to do your pet grooming yourself, or they can do it for you for $30+.
