I had a full head of foils done here and realised after leaving I was disappointed with the colour near my roots. I rang them back up and they were so so kind and accomodating. I came back and they fixed it up for me straight away. They were very sweet and did a great job, they made sure I left happy with the colour, which I definitely am! Just wanted to leave a review as it ended up being a wonderful experience and I think anyone would too going to this salon!! :)

Was quite nervous about going to a new salon after a poor experience at a previous salon, but the service here was very professional. Staff were friendly. Price was extremely cheap for the area too. The stylist was extremely knowledgeable and even helped with the frizz in my hair. Would definitely recommend coming here

My hair has strengthened so much under their care and Kaarina is the most incredible colourist and stylist I’ve ever met! I love bright colours and the quality of the colouring is amazing and lasts so well! I highly recommend KDelme!!

The service at K’delme, Miranda is impeccable. I won’t let anyone else touch my colour - their colourists and stylists have such extensive knowledge and experience. I have never walked out of their salon anything less than thrilled. The experience is also always a joyous one as the customer service is amazing.

Ive been a customer for several years now and am extremely happy. I was originally referred by a family member. Karina does my hair and I couldn’t be happier.

I originally was going as an adhoc customer, after dealing with Karina I became loyal and stuck. I had never coloured/ bleached my hair till 2019, when a hairdresser did it for me. I’m brünettere and I asked for beleyage. It turned orange and damaged my hair.

I visited Karina, and instantly she really took gentle care with my hair to bring it back to its original condition, by providing me with regular hair trims and treatments & wouldn’t let me colour/tone my hair until years later when it was truely ready. I love that she can be honest, and not just provide a service like others do to generate revenue. Karina and her team truely care for their clients hair, satisfaction and happiness.

The team here are amazing, I would trust no one else with my hair. You are treated like a friend but you have true professionals caring for your hair. Another plus is they are a sustainable salon, so they use protects that are vegan and recycle their products responsibly.

Definitely good value for money. Love coming to this Salon and getting my hair done. Karina treated my hair with care and did such an amazing job to get it to the colour I wanted, yet keeping my hair healthy. The staff are also amazing and love to interact with you, so there is never a dull moment when getting your hair done. Highly recommend this KDelme. Always leave this salon happy!

Always so friendly and welcoming. They greet you by name when you walk in and always offer tea/coffee or water.
I’ve been to a few hairdressers but they are the best, really listen to what I want & will offer advice if they feel the cut/colour you want may not work.

I recently had a keratin treatment at KDelme and was impressed from the moment I walked in. The staff are very welcoming and attentive. Helen talked me through the process, addressed each of my questions and gave me the price without any guessing games that are typical at many salons.
I never felt rushed and found the whole experience very relaxing. I find visiting new salons quite intimidating but was completely at ease at KDelme. They are professionals and I will definitely be revisiting in the near future. Thank you Helen.

Just had my fourth keratin treatment at KDelme and have to commend all the staff I've had the pleasure of meeting, Helen, Hayley, Jackie, Emily and Karina. Each of you are so friendly, professional and you really listen to your clients. The salon has a lovely sense of calm as soon as you walk in and I have never felt rushed or have been kept waiting. My brief to KDelme has always been "low maintenance". It's not an easy brief given my hair is brunette and blonde & also needs quite specific layering. Well ... I'm now 11 weeks into lock down. Despite regrowth and greys coming through, I cant believe it's all blending together. This is why I had to write this review. If a hairdresser can set up both the cut and colour to survive lockdown - I really think that's incredible!

I cannot rate the entire team at KDelme more highly. They are always professional with amazing customer service and make my appointments a pure experience every time. I feel welcomed and completely trust their professional opinions in regards to my hair care and hair colour. I often get asked about my hair and I love being able to hand out the KDelme card and recommend them.

I've been going to KDelme ever since moving from the city to the Sutherland Shire 8 months ago for my balayage refresh cut and blow dry with Emily. The service I get as soon as I walk through the door is nothing short of amazing! Always a warm friendly greeting at reception that makes you feel truly valued as a customer. Emily also really understands what I want in a balayage colour leaving my hair looking sun kissed and as natural as possible whilst still lifting the colour. If you're looking for a spacious clean Covid safe salon then look no further! Also very pram friendly, thanks guys!

I have used the services of KDelme Hairdressing for many years. K'Arina is a fantastic hairdresser and colourist and the salon is well run. Highly recommend.

I've been going to KDelme for over 10 years. Kaarina cuts & colours my hair beautifully. She respects my ideas & opinions about what I want done with my hair, without being too timid to give her own. My husband always says I look younger after having my hair done there :) I get lots of compliments on the colour (especially from the staff at the very pricey city salon where I have my hair chemically straightened once a year!). I can recommend KDelme in general & Kaarina specifically.
